Sanya Thank U Hotel (Sanya Bay Coconut Dream Corridor Branch)

I stayed for four consecutive nights and overall I was quite satisfied. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat and drink around. It is a short walk to Sanya Bay Coconut Dream Corridor. There are buses to Dadonghai and light rail to Sanya Station. It is also close to Sanya Bus Station. Not far either. The hotel is quite clean, the beds are comfortable, the TV can project the screen, and the service is also good.

There were six of us going together. We booked three double-bed rooms and I checked in at 12:00 noon. When you go into the toilet, there is a roll of paper that has been used by others. If it is not new, there will be some left. The next day we I called him and told him that there was no paper. He was pretty good at first and brought us a roll of paper. I was here at that time, and my aunt must have used more paper. Then a few hours later, I called him again. To get paper, this time my attitude was very impatient and said that our hotel had paper in the beginning, so shouldn’t we ask you to get it when we use it up? I replied to him and she said impatiently that the robot would give it to us in a moment. I sent it to you. I originally wanted to extend my stay, but when I saw this attitude, I checked out directly. I work as a hotel receptionist myself, so I can only say that you should choose carefully😅

This hotel is seriously inconsistent with the online reviews. I booked a special bed because I arrived a little early. The front desk service was very good. When the front desk saw me alone, they said they would upgrade me to a double bed room. But when I walked in, it was too confusing. I was disappointed. The sanitary conditions were so poor. I thought I would just stay for one night and make do with it. If you book this hotel, you must not stay in room 201. Hygiene is really worrying.

酒店環境真的很好 進酒店大堂有股淡淡的的茶香 前台小姐姐很熱情服務態度很好 房間裝修風格是木質風很高級 床睡得很舒服 電視也很大 特別是廁所鏡子真的很為女生考慮 總之真的很滿意👍

前台態度挺好的，酒店就在路邊，導航很好找，因為路邊都沒有停車位，會引導停到酒店斜對面的酒店，一天15，不算很貴。不過最近晚上有工地施工的聲音，比較吵人，早上有早餐，味道尚可。離海邊很近，步行幾分鐘。

連續住了好幾天，酒店位置很方便，離海邊不遠，外面也很熱鬧吃的東西很多。酒店內很乾凈舒適，前台也熱情友好，幫忙收寄快遞等，強烈推薦，住得很舒服！
