Very new and nice hotel, with a lot of variation of foods for breakfast. Very child friendly. Staff are very accommodating, will return next time. We booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms was upgraded.

I just can say that everything was amazing in this resort. It was the best choice .

Amazing hotel for families with kids. Close to the beach. Huge variety of fun for children of every age! The manager on the reception desk whose name is John is a high professional. Because of him the staying in the hotel was even better. He was always online and ready to help:) Definitely this is one of the best hotels in Yalong Bay!

The entire hotel is amazing ! The newest in the area , the bed super comfortable can also choose different types of pillows . The hotel also has their own sun bathing area on the beach. The hotel is a bit far from the airport and downtown but it’s totally worth it . The customer service girl Ruby was really kind and efficient, really good job ! I will be back definitely

After many months of deciding where to stay in Sanya we decided to trial one nights stay here at Hualuxe because it was the newest along the strip We ended up extending our stay for further 3 nights From the moment we checked in we were met and looked after with the most excellent service. This was especially from Rosie who looked after us from the moment we checked in to when we left. Anything we didht have or needed she made sure we got. She was like our personal concierge where we communicated through our wechat messages. This is the best service we have encountered anywhere and I am very well travelled working in the travel industry. We left after to stay at 1 haitang bay which we felt was nowhere near the service we recieved here from Rosie. This will be our choice on our next visit to Sanya. The grounds are beautiful and the buffet dinner and breakfast excellent. Thank you Rosie Thank you hualuxe We shall recommend our friends and clients and definately return

We very enjoyed the stay. Good view over the see. Nice Pool and good Service. The buttler service Lucas did a great Job to make sure we can enjoy every day.

My stay at this hotel was excellent, thanks to the wonderful concierge, John. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a great selection of fruits, vegetables, and fresh juices that I loved. John made my stay even better. He was extremely helpful with room service and any other questions I had. When my friend felt unwell, John quickly found a translator and did everything to help us to get to the hospital. He even provided water for my friend, showing genuine care. I'll be happy to come back to this hotel again, thanks to their service and concierges like John, who make your stay so wonderful and convenient!

We are very satisfy with Hualuxe Sanya Hotel services , especially with Ms. Rosie and one of the bellboy . Ms. Rosie helped us give lot of information about activities in hotel and the surroundings. Eventhough we checked out , she still help us to talk with the photographer. 😍🥳 The bellboy helped us to chartered car for us 👍
