Language is a major barrier. Even with translation gadgets, a lot of mistakes were due to miscommunications. I may have been double charged though I’m still about to find out till I see my bank statements at the end of the month. A lot of staff needs proper training especially the front desk staff. Most of the attitude seem to cover misunderstanding with arrogance (or vice versa). Facilities and the activities needs proactive creativity. Swimming pool design is questionable as it has a lot of non functional spaces and structures, not to mention that it is so open and has no option other than exposure to too much sun. Food options are also limited to greasy, salty, sugary food. This comment is made to suggest improvements.

A Good family friendly hotel. Lot of activities for the kids. Nice pool, good view. Breakfast is ok, lot of Chinese dish selection. still need to improve English speak for the foreigners. But it is as good as we can expect from the service . We enjoy the stay.

Excellent service, including the very helpful Vivian. A very relaxing stay, good buffet breakfast and lots of amenities for kids. Rain was very supportive of our child who tried out the childcare service. Would be nice if the deeper pool was larger as the majority shallow area is barely used, leaving this smaller section over crowded.

Hualuxe was much better than we thought and the place was super convenient! Room was huge and clean and service was superb! Special mention to Xiao Yi (小依）who greeted us on the first day we checked in. She was super helpful and even went to extra mile to help us order food since we didn't have a china mobile number. Her customer service and friendliness + willingness to help was admirable especially in China. They even surprised my friend with gifts and cake for her birthday! Such gestures are definitely appreciated. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Sanya!

It is the newest hotel in Yalong bay. Nice atmosphere all around, we moved from MGM Grand hotel, where a bit crowded and old. This one is much better less people around, calm outside, a beach is close, perfect with kids, so many activities for them. The buffet breakfast has many choices specially for western food. The room is really clean and new furnitures. Special appreciation for Ambassador Rosie who works at front desk, upgraded our room to family section with full breakfast access.

Our Trip was Fantastic, Memorable, Quality time spent with family in such a nice place, Being Non Chinese Family, its quite difficult to talk with chinese people and we eat vegan Food so its quite difficult to get proper food in China but Hotel Staff Mr. LUCAS solved our all problems. Our Trip was nice just because of LUCAS otherwise we would have gone crazy. Thanks my friend LUCAS, all the best for you…. Will remember you always. Thanks you all supporting people for foreigners…
