房間非常滿意，我們一大家子8個人，住的很舒服，別墅很大，傢俱那些實物和照片上的一模一樣，很乾凈，被子都很乾爽不會潮濕，，每天都有人過來打掃做清潔，有洗衣機，還可以自己做飯，離亞特蘭蒂斯就兩百多米的距離，真的超超超方便。房東人很好，因為有孩子，還幫我們買了泳池玩耍的白天鵝和西瓜漂浮板，這點真的值得給好評。當時訂房間的時候，因為怕踩雷，讓幫忙拍照和視頻查看房間情況，房東很有耐心都拍了，其他家基本説沒有，所以我就選擇了這家。管家人也很nice, 幫我們取了好幾個快遞。白天熱就在地下室打麻將和客廳工作，下午就外出遊玩，晚上回來還能泳池遊個泳，小孩玩得都不捨得走，回來後還在説下次去要多住幾天別墅，比酒店舒服。真心推薦，性價比高，家庭出遊絕對值

設施比較陳舊了，不要相信2023年開業的，裝修起碼三四年以上了，很多設施都是壞的，包括燈，門等。衞生堪憂，廚房桌面上還有油漬，馬桶也有污漬。地下那件房間潮濕，有黴味。二樓的房間空調很吵。另外小區環境還行，管家服務尚可。

酒店乾淨簡潔，我們八大兩小，住的富富有餘，離亞特蘭蒂斯酒店很近，走過去幾分鐘，孩子去了水族館，沙灘，跟海豚互動，大人們走去免税店也很近，外賣進不來，會放到園區進門的快遞櫃，管家服務也很好，就是房間內垃圾桶少一些，衹有衞生間有，總之好評，人多首選

正巧趕上亞特蘭蒂斯五週年煙花秀，超炫酷持續了20多分鐘，在這個別墅觀看效果極佳，真是幸運👄屋內乾淨衞生，浴品很有品味，現代簡約裝修風格，符合我的審美，管家服務熱情還挺帥，價格也很超值，大家住的很都很滿意，直誇我酒店定的好。以後來三亞首選，必選，獨棟別墅小院，還會繼續光顧的！（出門一百多米就是海，真的很棒！）

設施：四個房間都比較大，浴缸電視等設施齊全，能滿足日常生活需要，可以洗衣做飯，泳池比較大，且很乾凈，小區裏也有泳池，別墅內的私密性更好一點。
衞生：別墅打掃的還是很乾凈的，和酒店衞生標準一樣，床品很高級，睡的舒服。

乾淨衞生，別墅新傢俱但沒有味道。體驗感很好，高端有檔次。泳池夠大小朋友玩的很開心。以後會推薦朋友來一起玩耍。別墅離海邊很近，小區環境綠化也挺好，就在酒店旁邊，去酒店吃飯水上樂園水族館也很方便，亞特酒店也住過，但這個別墅是真的香，性價比超高
