Perfect location : close to the beach and to the night market. Very quiet building and the view from the balcony is amazing. Bus stop very close to the apartment, you can go anywhere by public transportation but the taxi is (a lot) quicker

The location of the hotel is quite nice, not too far from the airport and in a big community, a few mins walk away from the beach. There is a pool which is pretty big but it is only open from 14-19 and you have to pay 20 RMB each time which wasn't mentioned before. If you come with a big family for a longer stay, that's pretty expensive. I just stayed there for 2 nights because I wanted to stay in a hotel closer to the airport and that was okay. I wouldn't recommend it if you wanna stay in the place for a longer time - it was a little dirty, the pictures look much nicer than the place itself. The furniture is very "Instagram" but at the end of the day pretty basic, especially because I booked the honeymoon room. The washing machine and the balcony were nice though. Also the staff was nice.

The location is excellent, you can see Sanya Bay from the balcony. The boss is also nice and the service is very good. The appliances are a bit old and not very useful, but they work. The rooms facing the sea are noisy because there is a main road and various places for elderly people to play downstairs.

This is my first negative review. First of all, the room is different from the picture. Look at the comparison between the next two pictures. I really don’t want to touch the bathroom or floor, especially the floor is so disgusting. Can’t the stove be cleaned properly? The price of the room is not cheap. At least it must be clean and hygienic. Really deceiving consumers.
