這個二房一廳的民宿公寓比較新，離高鐵站很近。但是管理很差。管家辦公室是在一家養生館裏麪，門口沒有任何有關"嶼野度假美宿公寓“的標識。我們剛到時按攜程平台給的地址無法找到，打攜程上民宿聯繫電話也沒人接，最後是民宿管家看到我們拖着行李箱在小區外面詢問才跟我們打招呼。
我們剛到房間703時，房間還沒有打掃。過了一會兒，打掃衞生的阿姨來了，更換床單、枕套和被套，拿走了前面客人留在卧室的臟毛巾。我問她有沒有乾淨的毛巾，她先説沒有，在我的要求下，她拿走前面的客人留在客廳電視機櫃子上的一條浴巾和一條手巾，再原封送回來，沒有其他毛巾，而我們是二個人。廁所沒有手紙，衹有很少一點餐巾紙。地上臟也沒有打掃。
洗手間/淋浴間沒有一滴熱水。淋浴花灑頭和水管是分離的，花灑頭被放在洗手池下面。民宿管家要求我自己微信聯繫老闆娘。我發微信後（請參考微信截圖），老闆娘態度很好，答應請人來修，但是沒有一點行動也不再聯繫我。我們住了二晚無法洗澡。

環境很好，出入小區有門禁，讓人很有安全感，房間寬敞明亮，冰箱洗衣機都有，有一個大陽台可以晾曬衣物，距離亞龍灣站步行八分鐘就到，性價比很高，帥哥老闆特別熱情親切，贊

前台溝通順暢，客房乾淨，晚上很安靜，距離高鐵站非常近，剛下車拖着疲憊的身體就美美的睡上了一覺，第二天因為要起早，前台給提供了叫醒服務，不錯不錯

跟父母從外地過來三亞玩幾天，還幾天都沒有吃到自己做的飯菜了，這裏居然還有個小廚房能做飯呢，真是太棒了，酒店有提供廚具100元/天，附近也有個大型批發市場呢,叫鴻港市場，價格特別便宜，回老家我還打包了幾箱本地芒果回去！推薦！

酒店很不錯了，性價比高，出行很方便的，小區安全設施到位，酒店服務也很熱情，加了微信，退房直接房卡留房間，拍照退房。下次還會再來！

因為在亞龍灣坐動車選擇這個酒店，酒店衞生真的是一塌糊塗，在安置小區裏，陽台有嘔吐物，沙發也很臟，淋浴器都沒有支架，床上也有污漬，遙控板電池都不夠。唯一的好處就是老闆可以讓我們出門的時候把行李暫時放在房間裏。

位於亞龍灣火車站附近，就是圖個方便。還有便宜。房間中規中矩，就是把當地人的房子拿來做民宿，衞生尚可，就是服務人員帶我們到了房間後，沒有講熱水如何使用，稍微麻煩了點。因為在郊區，也不指望什麼海灘風情，可以買點海鮮，蔬菜自己做飯。這個價格要什麼自行車，圖片要求要到三張，都是桌子上吃飯的圖片
