房間很棒！入住得很滿意～口水有大口水池流水，很好看，泳池也非常乾淨，流動泳池，水看着很乾凈，二樓兩個房間都有陽台，都能看到泳池和院子，房間超級大，客廳也很舒服，老闆還貼心的給我們送了茶葉，咖啡，外賣管家還會幫忙拿，幫忙送，超級貼心！

這是跑三亞來最糟糕的體驗！千萬不要來，店大欺客，太可怕了，房間衞生太臟，大半夜一直打老鼠，老鼠上桌子喝飲料，還跑游泳池游泳，孩子還在游泳池游泳，現在打電話12345投訴都沒有用！衞生部門衹是讓整改！不退房費

説是洲際酒店別墅區，其實跟洲際毫無關係，設施設備一點不能去玩的，這個酒店3000多，我覺得是真的一點都不值這個價！！首先環境就比民宿還一般，一點配套設施都沒有，除了房間門口有個小泳池晚上玩了一下凍死，然後房間一點不新，我也不知道為什麼顯示23年建的怎麼這麼舊，總之體驗感巨差🙃這三千塊花的大大無語，停車費還花了一次50一次15，在海南住的都是好酒店第一次被收這麼貴停車費，我去隔壁洲際租兩個房間不香嗎？海棠灣住的兩個酒店都踩雷了。鬱悶！總之大家別來踩雷了。

別墅還不錯位置也很好，衞生服務各方面都可以，唯一不足的是設施少了點，特別是享受不到洲際酒店是娛樂設施。海灘倒是共享的，泳池沒法進去有點遺憾。

高峯期旅行，拖家帶口，還是這種🏡合適，全家人都能住一起。別墅在洲際裏面，環境很不錯，走走就到海。沒想到地下室還有兩個房間三張單人床，不潮濕。

來三亞玩，和朋友一起四個人住別墅是最好的選擇！很適合家庭出遊，朋友聚會
酒店很不錯都是獨棟別墅，洲際裏面位置也不錯，海棠灣還是乾淨的
房子維護的很好，泳池很乾凈，升級了房型，別墅區還是很安靜的，管家超好，有什麼問題都會給解決

一次美好的入住體驗👌環境優美，別墅內景觀不錯，泳池水很清很凈；周邊環境優雅，散步可以觀賞洲際酒店的水族館，享受一流的草坪和沙灘，早上觀日出位置絕佳👍
老闆人很好，我們額外的一些想法，老闆都能熱情地給予滿足，點贊！下次再來三亞肯定會再入住！
唯一美中不足的就是，早晨和晚上需要走到大堂取外賣，但也不遠，可以接受。

別墅總體還是很滿意的，給免費升級成6居的了，可以自己做飯，很不錯，麻將機也很好，房間的設施也還可以（當然和洲際酒店比肯定有不足），不過整體還是可以的，泳池也不錯，可能因為室外的原因，泳池底邊有一些塵埃屋，不過可以接受，太太，長者都很滿意，性價比很高，缺點的話，別墅略有陳舊感吧，不過不影響（民宿可以理解）而且離免税店很近，服務也挺好的，管家和前台回覆都很快，退還按金速度也很快，廚房設施非常齊全，喜歡民宿，自己做飯的 是很好的選擇，相對於其他星級酒店 性價比非常高（別墅區就在洲際酒店內），後面有入駐洲際酒店，所以看的很清楚 哈哈
