An amazing place, but its not for foreigners. Youre essentially provided no reasonable way to contact the hotel in advance which you need to do due to the location of nanshan. I had to go through a chain of wechat contacts until i eventually got the front desk. At all times we found the front desk to be mostly unhelpful, not due to their own fault really, its just the language barrier really was quite alot and the staff did not seem experienced in how to overcome it placing that load on the guest which honestly was quite exhausting. If youre a good traveller, you can make it work, but it wont be relaxing. The location is also quite remote, and the scenic park only has so much u can do, a days worth of activities at most. The rooms are amazing but.

Booked the room by chance and was pleasantly surprised! Everything was very good. You can take singing bowl classes. I took the yoga photos myself. The view was amazing. The service was also very considerate. I suggest you get a guide map for the pick-up point. It took a long time to find the east gate at first. VIP membership reduced a lot of troubles throughout the trip. Thank you! I will come again if I have the chance in the future...
