The Moutai store is as good as always. This is my second time here. The staff Weiwei upgraded our room. Our flight was late, and they also helped us to check out late. The service was very considerate! In addition, the original Moutai ice cream is still the best!

Traveling with my mother-in-law and children, I chose Moutai Boutique Hotel. Moutai Resort has four hotels, Boutique, Classic, Treasure and Premium. Boutique and Classic are next to each other. They are basic hotels. Treasure is medium and Premium is high-end. I stayed for a total of five nights, all in Boutique, but all facilities in the hotel are shared, and the people in the reservation depar**ent are also very professional. Before check-in, they said they would help me upgrade to Classic, but because I read the comments that Classic would be noisy, I still chose to stay in Boutique. They cleaned every day. The hotel has a gym, swimming pool and self-service laundry room. The room is also large. The central air-conditioning does not need to be plugged in to get electricity. Sometimes the air-conditioning is not turned on in the evening, but it is not hot at the end of April. I have also experienced the Chinese restaurant. The resort has three swimming pools, two indoors and one outdoor. Opposite is a beach. The set meal also includes free afternoon tea. The Chinese restaurant tastes good, with Cantonese, Hunan and Guizhou cuisines, etc. The overall experience is very good. The free travel photography was quite speechless. I stayed for two nights after staying for three nights, so I got two free travel photography. My mother-in-law took the photos for the first time, and I took the photos for the second time. The photos were free, but the selection and retouching were charged. My mother-in-law spent more than 300 yuan. I also went to take the photos. The photographer was very good and took good care of the guests in the hot weather. The woman who selected the photos was quite fierce. I thought the style of the photos was very old, so I only selected 5 free photos. When she saw that I didn't want to choose more, she said, "Please choose faster, there are guests behind me." I didn't choose more for the last photo, but I couldn't resist her eloquence. I spent 100 yuan more to buy her refined photos. After taking the photos, she refined more than 20 photos 10 minutes later. What can I say? The photos were retouched on the assembly line, and the layers and filters were changed. Finally, based on their retouching, I retouched them myself. The overall experience is good for the photographer, but bad for the selection of photos. She said they also had performance pressure, so my mother-in-law had to give her a good review. I think it’s okay to spend one or two hundred yuan on a travel photo shoot, but when I got home today, I still told this story for your reference. Hahahaha, the other service staff in the hotel are super nice!!! I will choose this hotel again when I go to Sanya next time! Maotai Group is rising!

Facilities: The facilities are indeed good, and the hotel is indeed quite new. However, some details are not well done. There are no curtains, but hand-drawn sunshades. The windows are floor-to-ceiling windows, but the table blocked them and I couldn't see them completely floor-to-ceiling. I only found out after I lay down that the sunshades were not pulled tightly. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally good, but there are some dead corners, such as dust on the mirror. Environment: The environment is still good, because I only stayed for one night and checked in after 10 o'clock in the evening. Service: The housekeeper Weiwei called and added WeChat in advance to inform us of the relevant information. On the day of check-out, he took the initiative to ask us if we wanted to delay check-out, and gave real-name praise

The first hotel I stayed in when I came to Haitang Bay, Maotai Resort, has a good location. The sea and the beach are just across the exclusive passage from the hotel. A lady named "Xiao Cai" received our family, upgraded the room for free, and thoughtfully prepared baby supplies. In order to facilitate us to catch the early flight, the lady specifically asked the front desk to prepare breakfast. The facilities in the room are complete and new, the toiletries smell good, and we experienced outdoor rafting. The children had a lot of fun. The swimming pool is clean and clear. The stay experience is particularly good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Haitang Bay.

Very bad. There is no air conditioning in the lobby (the front desk directly told me that air conditioning was not designed during the design). The interior decoration of the room is not good. You have to call the front desk to send disposable slippers, otherwise you can only wear flip-flops. The quality of a budget hotel really ruined the reputation of "Moutai".

Advantages: The service is really good, nice, and the problem is solved quickly. I stayed for 2 nights. Manager Xiao Cai is very good. She will help me deal with any problem I have. I was out late at night, and she replied promptly and asked the aunt to bring it to me in the middle of the night. It was great! Disadvantages: 1. The bathroom has a bit of odor, but Manager Xiao Cai offered to replace it for me. I was in a hurry to go out and didn't want to bother, so I didn't change it. 2. The slippers are smelly, very smelly, I suggest using their disposable slippers!

After coordination by Ctrip, we were finally upgraded to the Treasure Hotel. The room facilities are very new, and there are many gifts, such as ice cream afternoon tea rafting, etc. The breakfast is rich, the water park is large, and there are many parent-child facilities. The hotel has an exclusive passage leading to the beach. The beach is flat and the sand is fine, which is suitable for children to play in the water. The children had a lot of fun.
