The hotel stay was nothing short of amazing. The cleanliness was great. The receptionist (I think her Chinese name is 吴佳科) was very professional, attending to all our needs and always smiling. I can tell she loves her job and is good at it. Overall great stay and I would stay here again.

Clean, convenience, good facilities and love the pool. Reception manager Crystal is very friends, show direction to our rooms, she even offer helps and give free coffee/small lobsters. Highly recommend this resort, especial families trip.

The resort features spacious rooms within a large complex. However, kitchenware was absent, and only three bath towels were provided for four guests. Cleanliness requires improvement; for example, window stains were noted. The property includes large swimming pools and a large gym. Yalong Paradise Forest Park is an eight-minute walk away. For the price, I will still recommend it

The hotel was clean, workers are super friendly and helpful. Even they don’t speak English, they translated in the phone. Breakfast was good: it was Chinese and Europenean food so everyone could find something. But location is like nowhere. Near there is no restaurants. Even there is no fruit store. There is bus that can bring you to the beach and walking street with restaurants. Отель ок, чистый - убирают каждый день, меняют полотенца и халаты. Персонал не говорит по английски, но переводят в переводчике. Рядом нет ничего, но есть трансферт к морю и пешеходной улице. В целом, если вы на машине, достойный вариант. Завтраки разнообразные и хорошие.

Wonderful resort, very friendly staff. The apartment we were in was huge, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, big living room, very affordable and would for sure recommend to others
