酒店位置好環境舒適，前台小姐姐Crystal温柔又高效，主動加了我們微信，客房阿姨很貼心，房間打掃很乾凈，會幫忙把物品收拾的很整齊，酒店泳池池和健身房，以及4號樓一樓的小童遊樂設施都很齊全，有自助售賣機可以買泡麪零食和冰淇淋，整體來説服務很滿意，性價比高

衞生：還不錯環境：安靜前台免費升級了房間，整體感覺還行，畢竟在亞龍灣這個價格已經算OK的，一家人出行住這個地方就很方便，去夜市去亞龍灣，太陽灣都很近，還有亞龍灣森林公園都是幾分鐘，最主要是酒店贈送了很多服務挺方便，可以去免費沙灘可以去海南觀音，森林公園門票還可以打折，不錯

這個差評主要是由於前台服務態度造成的，洗衣服忘在洗衣機裏，出門後聯繫前台，想幫忙拿出來放旁邊桌上或者放到前台，畢竟放在洗衣機裏別人動了可能不知道會扔哪裡，結果前台説沒空，不提供這個服務，我説麻煩前台聯繫下打擾阿姨去拿出來放到洗衣房裡的桌上，前台不同意，説忙不過來。我走的時候前台有4個人，兩個人在接電話，兩個人站着不知道幹嘛，回來的時候前台還是有三四個人，不理解前台忙在哪裡？打個電話都沒空？我看四個人也沒同時忙嘛。總之前台的服務態度帶來了不好的體驗，建議酒店加強前台的培訓。畢竟問題沒有解決，反而前台給我一種很拽的感覺，她們就是沒有這個義務。服務人員至少態度要好，這個酒店應該不會再去了。這麼多人住酒店，洗衣機衹有兩個，晚上九點十點還有人排隊，早上七八點又有人排隊洗衣服。

位置離沙灘2到3公里，雖然有班車送去沙灘，班次很少。我感覺亞龍灣很一般，附近很偏，周邊沒有什麼吃的。酒店環境不錯，服務一般，有個游泳池，不過水質很一般。

酒店性價比很高。在亞龍灣中心地帶，去沙灘很方便，去夜市很近，去商業街很近。酒店房間挺大的，有陽台，有晾衣架，非常方便。空調很給力。酒店有游泳池，非常滿意。停車場很大，也有充電樁，很方便我們自駕開電車的。所以後來都續了一晚，連住兩晚，超級方便。缺點：洗衣服衹有兩台洗衣機兩台乾衣機，排隊洗衣服超級麻煩。。又沒有提供洗衣液和消毒液，要自備，挺麻煩的。漢庭都免費提供的，這酒店竟然沒有，要付費。洗衣服後要外出去，叫服務員幫忙一小時後拿出來放去乾衣機烘乾，被拒絕了。住漢庭都有這個服務，你們這麼大的酒店反而沒有。前台接待我們的靚女服務態度很好，但另一個就很強硬，令人非常不舒服的態度，反而對外國人的態度很好。
