The JW Marriott Hotel Sanya is truly an exceptional place to stay. The hotel's location is superb, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and extremely comfortable. The service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. The facilities are excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The dining options are diverse and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Five stars!I would like to give a five-star review to the staff member KAZAKOV at JW Marriott Hotel Sanya . KAZAKOV is extremely professional and friendly. His service is impeccable. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he was always there with a smile on his face and ready to help. Pullman Hotel is our favorite place on Yalong Bei in Sanya. Very cozy and comfortable villas on a large territory. From the beginning of check-in to the end of our vacation the best assistant is a hotel employee named Jeffery. He is always in touch with you and solves your questions very quickly. The attention of this man speaks of his professional training and desire to provide tourists with a comfortable vacation.  The hotel has the most inexpensive bbq buffet  However, there is a wish for the hotel owners to install pool heating equipment for the winter period. Alternative energy sources will help in this easily

Overall pleasant stay (4/5), I will just post what I think could be the expected improvement points in such a high occupancy hotel. First the room, there was an unpleasant smell, (not smoke or sluice or cleanliness) which didn’t improve with ventilation. I had the chance to visit several other rooms, same issue. The sound proofing of windows had definitely to be improved, probably replacing seals: I was in tower A, 12th floor (so quite high), it’s not acceptable that I had to wear earplugs overnight. Throughout these several days I noted a certain distress of the breakfast area, with queues for coffees, items not always available or timely refurbished. On the other hand, I noted a very attentive and quite numerous staff, but probably not accurately directed. Just my inexperienced impression.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sanya Hotel in Hainan and had a wonderful experience. The resort offers a stunning beachfront location, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the tropical atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony offering breathtaking ocean views. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to both local and international tastes. I especially appreciated the well-maintained pools and the lush, beautifully landscaped gardens. Overall, the Sheraton Sanya Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway in Hainan, and I would gladly stay there again.

The first thing that attracted me to this hotel was the affordable prices compared to other nearby luxury hotels. It was definitely one of the better deals, and you get a very satisfactory stay in return. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, including the front desk staff, bellhops, bartender, cleaning staff, waiters, and various other encountered staff (knowing a little Chinese helps). A staff member kept in contact with me through Wechat with its built-in translation tool, answering any questions, helping with any request, and making sure each day remained a satisfactory experience. I would like to give a special compliment to Zoey, the front desk staff member who was of great assistance; she deserves a promotion! Also, praise to the friendly and hardworking cleaning lady that is assigned to building 3, floor 5 (I don't know her name); she also deserves a bonus! The room itself is cozy, comfortable, and clean. Room service is smooth, it is very convenient to take care of any living necessities, and the pools and beach are a short walk away. There are no complaints that I have in regard to my stay. My biggest highlight is definitely the big bathtub! My only suggestion would be a single foldable lounge chair for the balcony, allowing for a person to lay down outside or for sunbathing, so it is not needed to always go to the public sunbathing areas.

I stayed at the Shangri-La Sanya to celebrate a friend’s birthday over the weekend. We booked the Club King Room which came with a lot of free activities and saved us a lot. Check in was smooth as I was helped By Guest Relations Supervisor, Dora and her colleague Nancy. They were kind, attentive and professional. The hotel has a mini supermarket in Building 1, which was nice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel was incredible. I would suggest S.E.A restaurant it’s a Southeast Asian Restaurant. I feel the hotel failed my expectations in two area: 1. The spread offered at afternoon was limited and if you didn’t arrive on time you had to wait about 10-20 mins for the next batch of food to come out. 2. At Happy Hour in the club lounge, there was a few bottles of hard liquor, chilled prosecco and wine. However?l, once the bottle was empty it was replaced with another fresh bottle. Other than that, my friend and I had an amazing stay and was definitely worth it.

The hotel is located in a tranquil bay where there are very few people. There are practically no waves in this bay even in bad weather. This allows you to swim without any problems. At the same time, you can get to the city center, markets, or shopping centers from the hotel by a very cheap taxi (from about 15 yuan) in 10-15 minutes. Or you can go out and have lunch or dinner in local cafes nearby. The hotel territory is large, where you can calmly walk and admire the views. There is a swimming pool and a cafe where you can eat and enjoy cocktails. Breakfast is organized as a buffet with a variety of dishes, where everyone can choose what they need. The rooms are very clean (cleaned twice daily) and have everything you need for a comfortable stay - robes, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and much more. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Regret I haven’t booked Atlantis for the entire stay to be honest. It was 100 dollars more expensive than Crown Plaza, but boy it ended up being a great value for money! First, plenty of things to do for the entire family with aqua park, aquarium, kids adventures and swimming pools for adults. Second, cinema and aqua show kind of like cirque du soleil style. Third, access to imperial lounge made all the difference- was able to chill there and drinks and food are free. So ended up saving massively on food. Actually Atlantis was cheaper than Crown Plaza after all food costs added in. Fourth, personal butler service. Communicated via WeChat easily and answered all my questions instantly. Shout out to Marina doing a great job! Enough staff speaking both English and Russian. And all signs in the hotel in 3 languages - Chinese, Russian, English. Crown Plaza was not foreigners friendly at all. Eric was the only guy who spoke decent English there. Room service and other services were 100% Chinese. Good I speak basic Mandarin, otherwise would have been tough. The only disappointment was really closed pools for adults which made me purchase a cabana to be able to enjoy pool access in private and without much loud screams from kids etc. But was not such a big disappointment! I would stay here exclusively next time. Totally worth the money!

My stay at this hotel was a good one. The hotel looks so beautiful at nights. The hotel is like 35-40 minutes away from the airport. There are activities that can be done at the hotel, such as helicopter rides. The view from the room is breathtaking. I was a bit sad that I was not able to fully use all the facilities at the hotel due to the surprisingly cold weather. The room was okay, I wish it had a bit more colour and beauty. The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Fruits and drinks were offered. Breakfast was good and the food available for room service was also good. Overall a good stay.

I had fairly high expectations when I got to this location, but unfortunately the standard was fairly low. It might be due to the fact that covid has affected this area. The maintaining of the hotel wasn't great. Our bathroom door was broken, the sofa pillows had dirty spots on them, the pool chairs are all covered in dirt, people were smoking in the elevators not taking it into consideration that there are a lot of kids here, and other people that doesn't want to inhale smoke for that matter.. I spoke to the reception about the smoking and they Confirmed it isn't legal, but they didn't have anyone to take care of the matter so nothing they could do if someone were to smoke. The swimming pools around as well as in the water park were all very cold, a lot of dirty pools in the water park too. Because of the cold unpleasant to swim unless it was very sunny. The Breakfast was a disaster. Too crowded with people and just very basic chinese food. We ended up only eating raw vegetables and fruit the one time we went. We were also told a bedrail or a crib would be arranged for our daughter, but that didn't happen. We ended up using the sofa in the room to create some sort of barrier to assure she wouldn't fall out the bed and hit the hard floor. The Restaurants around at the time all took 40 minutes or more to serve us anything, repeatedly forgetting drinks and dishes, despite the fact that there was barely any people there. The portions are fairly small as well and quite pricy considering. We ended up just ordering online instead from other restaurants. It was nice our Daughter had a big play place to enjoy at least, the large one they have on site indoors. Besides that, I do regret choosing this location. It was for our Daughter, but unfortunately not much around she could enjoy properly. The smell of urine when you walk around is a bit off putting as well, many kids pee on the streets, as well as right next to the roof top sandpit. I Understand it's hard to control kids needing to go to the bathroom, but because of this it would have been nice if the hotel chose to raise the standard of their overall cleaning. Also a little bit inconvenient that the rooms only have one chair on the balconies. Fairly quiet when you're in the room, that was nice the least.
