Pierre&Vacances Mallorca Portofino

For 1-2 days its okay. But for longer stay in Mallorca better search something else. Rooms are very old and loud.

Just back from a fabulous week in Santa Ponsa. The apartment was perfect, spacious, clean and we had a beautiful view of the beach from our 5th floor balcony. The staff were nice and friendly. My 6 year old spent the week in the pool which had plenty of shade for mammy

We felt out of place booking in behind the 17 boys on a stag party from Ireland who were joining the other stag and hen parties who took over the pools and bar area at the beginning of September. As a couple we couldn't enjoy the facilities. We were kept awake at night by the rowdy noise. Our room was not cleaned nor the bed changed at all during our 8 day holiday. The air-conditioning didn't work for the first three day and the lift door closed splitting my arm open. Jet2's response implied we were telling lies the management said everything was fine. I stayed here with my family in September for one week.Everything was on point for the price we payed.The position is very near to the beach and the centre,the room was cleaned and there was a kitchen if we wanted to cook.The staff was very friendly,especially Cynthia wich recommended us some good places to eat and visit.Overall i am very delighted and would definitely come again.

On the last day of our 12 night stay. The location is excellent but unfortunately that is where the positive comments end. We have been here for 12 days and the room hasn't been cleaned at all despite raising this with the reception staff. Also on arrival we were told that the towels would be changed every two days and that hasn't happened either. The room was grubby on arrival with an old razor in the shower plus dust and dirt in various places. As someone who has been coming to Santa Ponsa for over 30 years it hasn't spoiled our holiday but left us disappointed and won't be returning to this accomodation.
