This hotel is especially beautiful. The Europeans are especially educated and rich. It is a quality hotel. Below the hotel is the beach. It is not far from the hotel. The waiters are very good in English.

It was quite quiet at being low season,the room was well ,with terrace to the pool ,reformed ,for breakfast there is q going to another place but the views and products were well

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

Beautiful hotel well located next to a beautiful large beach. Pleasant welcome, smiling staff. Very friendly catering service staff. Too bad the jacuzzi wasn't running. Nice varied buffet, however I think it's not normal that you have to pay for water when you pay half board! We were in other hotels in Majorca where water, sodas and wine were self-service. Right next to the swimming pool, the fact that many people reserve their deckchairs from 7 a.m. by placing towels without being present, therefore, no more possibility of sitting around the swimming pool after our breakfast, the management of the 'hotel should ban it!

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective. The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

The breakfast was OK but the hot food was not an English breakfast like you can get in other hotels . I came to this hotel to sit around the pool for a few days buy could not as all the sunbeds were reserved and paid for have never had this before and ruined the stay for us
