Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

the only great thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, the bed is quite dirty and the toilet window is broken. Drainage system is not good as well, making it “flood” during taking shower.

Good location and rooms are good

This is a rare hotel that makes people angry. The facilities are old, the walls are not soundproof at all, and the voices in the corridor are clear, not to mention the loud singing downstairs in the middle of the night. Don't even think about going to bed before 1 o'clock every day. There is almost no WiFi, and the connection is either very slow or disconnected after a while. No one cleans the room every day! There is no reservation for sports facilities at all, and those who can be reserved need to pay extra. The front desk is inefficient, and the check-in time exceeds 40 minutes. They would rather answer the phone than answer people. The funniest thing is that it is clearly three stars (shown at the door) but it hypnotizes itself that it is four stars.

I was apprehensive when reading some reviews, but I must say when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I paid for sea view and wow what a view, we stayed on the top floor (room 712) self catering apartment it was lovely, very spacious massive balcony with 2 sun beds and table and chairs, good sized kitchen area and dinning area. We had a spacious bedroom. With very comfy beds and comfy pillows. Honestly we were so impressed with the room, the cleanliness and amenities was very good for a 2+ Star rating. Slightly dated in some parts but didn't not bother us at all. The pool area is large, plenty of beds available, although some do reserve the beds then go out, which happens in many hotels. The pool was deep and only had ladders to get in and out of the pool which didn't feel safe. Did have a life guard though. Nice beach bar with wonderful views and a lovely little cove to swim in. Nice walk into town down the beach front not good if you have walking difficulties but we loved the exercise. The staff always friendly and the hotel is kept immaculate and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel and would certainly return in the future.

We had a room with a sea view and it was worth the little extra money, staff was friendly and the room size was good! Friendly environment lots of families came here. This was one the best hotel I have ever stayed in, I highly recommended coming here!

If you’re planning a stay here always ask for a sea view or pool view, we didn’t and ended up facing a car park and a huge brick wall with graffiti all over it. The hotel was very dated like travelling back to the 70s when package holidays first started, we booked self catering, the kitchenette was the size of a telephone box, we were a family of 4 in a one bedroom apartment, it had a bathroom one bedroom and a very small living area and a tiny balcony overlooking the graffiti car park, the sliding patio doors onto the veranda were not very secure one door being held shut with a makeshift lock and the other door using a catch that was about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. The bedroom had two single beds and the living room had a settee with a sheet over it to be used as a bed, there was also a fold up camp bed tied up to be used as the 4th bed but the only issues was there was no room to use it when fully opened. I found a dilapidated safe in the broom cupboard and when I went to reception to find out how to use it I was told it’s broken so I had to hire a safety deposit box which was situated in the reception area near the main entrance. Staff were I felt very miserable and unfriendly. The best thing about this hotel was the pool area, great views of the bay. I’m sure there are better rooms than what we got but like I say you MUST ask for a sea view or pool view BEFORE you commit to booking a room. The hotel is located well next to shops and bars and restaurants, you have a bus stop and taxi rank for getting around.

Visited on 15-20th August. Have been before but recently read quite bad reviews so was worried it had went downhill. Honest opinion, nothing to worry about. We had a great stay. Staff lovely. Views amazing. Pool area great, good selection of drinks and staff at pool bar. Noise nothing out with the expected on a holiday. Never had a bad nights sleep and we had a few stag parties in hotel. Please don’t listen to negative Nancy’s. Hotel is great, location is perfect. Yes, rooms are very dated but clean and functional. Would I go back? Yes, in a heartbeat.

From reading the previous reviews I was not looking forward to coming here, but it was above all expectations. Comfy beds and pillows, plenty of space for clothing too. Large fridge with freezer compartment. Room and around hotel very clean. Downside not enough sunloungers, no gym and inside pool was closed. People from outside can come into complex and used lounges too, but on an evening this is gated closed. About 5 min walk is The Square if you like evening entertainment it's alright and things to keep children entertained. Santa Ponsa main town is about 15 min walk away along the front in the light, but at night we went down the street and turned right up past the supermarket because there are no lights on the front and a bit narrow, not ideal for pushchairs. The supermarket is reasonably priced. Past the supermarket on the left Sebastians do amazing food. The Chinese down the road again is reasonably priced and very tasty. Taxi down the road took us to Magaluf and was 13 euro for 15 minute ride. I would go back to this hotel, it is dated, but clean tidy and staff helpful.

Stayed here from June 26th to July 3rd worst hotel experience going we were given the worst rooms in hotel on the ground floor looking at a huge rock, when requesting a new room we where told the hotel was full which was a lie there was a foul smell in the rooms, the bed frames where broken, old furniture, had a ant infestation for the whole holiday, the security man AHMED entered our room unannounced and took videos of us and my friend when he was naked. He added the video to his my eyes only on Snapchat so he could have a handy dandy to it later. Just a dump all together the craic was good tho #juggies#women#beer

I have just returned from a 3 night stay with my 2 sisters. After reading the reviews we were worried but here is my honest review. On arrival we had a smooth check in with pleasant reception staff. We were allocated room 404. On entering the room it was spotless, yes the furniture is dated but everything was clean. Now to the view. OMG it was spectacular. We headed down to the pool and were able to get beds even though it was late afternoon. The pool was clean. Other reviews mentioned groups of lads. Yes there was groups of young lads but they were no trouble. No swearing, no being disrespectful, no being noisy in fact just young lads having a good time. It was actually fun to watch them. The pool bar had nice drinks and cocktails, only downside was the paper cups. If you eat and drink in the bar area you get glasses and plastic glasses, however for round the pool its paper. We purchased 3 plastic cups from the supermarket and used these. I was told on the first day that there is a mad 8am dash for sunbeds, however this isn't true. They do not open the pool doors until 8am and when they do there was only 2 people waiting. There was lots of sunbeds still available at 9.30. No issues whatsoever. Breakfast was ok. Continental was lovely especially the pate. Bacon and sausage were typical Spanish. Shower in the room was very powerful. Aircon was great. I slept on the bed settee (I'm not a slim lady) and can honestly say I had a couple of great nights sleep. So comfortable as were the pillows. Be careful on the balcony as the patio doors lock shut. We had to be rescued by reception, however this added to our fun memories. All staff lovely and pleasant. Nice path at the side of the pool area that takes you to the main beaches and has bars along the way. Can definitely recommend Harrys bar. Worth a visit to Port Adriano which is about 10 euros in a taxi. All in all a great stay.

Looks good in the pictures however that's where it ends. Unhelpful reception staff, uninterested and rude. Air con not working. Antiquated room furniture and not so clean bathrooms. Was offered a balcony or terrace room by TUI nothing mentioned about the extra 1 5euros per night if you want a sea view until you get there. We were given a room with a view.... of a rock face about 10 feet away in the basement. I wondered if this is a stag/hen party hotel due to the amount of drunken noisy groups smashing the furniture underneath us. Noisy, dirty and very very expensive to buy a drink in the hotel bar. Very unimpressed.

Fantastic location, the pool area overlooked the sea and Santa Ponsa “small beach.” The pool bar served great, simple lunches and staff were fantastic - as all staff were. Rooms dated but were clean and comfortable. Very close to the main beach / centre also but tucked away in a corner. Lots of good restaurants close by and local bars if you want to avoid the touristy bars.
