Hotel is nice overall. Room is spacious. Got a nice pool. 5 min to nice beach. Not crowded nearby. Many restaurants around. But it costs €3.5 for a sunbathing chair even you are staying in the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective.
The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

Very warm welcome at the hotel, staff always smiling and attentive. Clean room, large in size, only missing a coffee maker and sockets and switches for bedside lamps at the head of the bed to be perfect. Average soundproofing. The breakfasts are generous. In April, the pool was a little cool...
So we had a very good stay on this island.

Spotlessly clean, centrally located apartments. Friendly staff. Amazing views over the bay. The pool area was quite busy for the time of year - I can imagine it being very crowded in high season, but it was clean and the female lifeguard was very vigilant making sure people in the pool were safe & following the rules. The restaurant / snack bar served good quality food & reasonable value. Drinks were quite expensive but of good quality. My only minor complaint was that on arrival our studio room was made up as a twin rather than 3 beds - when I asked at reception I was told the 3rd bed was underneath & I needed to move the beds to reveal this. After a long day travelling I really shouldn’t need to be moving beds around my room - they knew there was 3 guests, so the room should have been made up accordingly. We have booked to return at the end of February 2025 so hopefully that won’t happen next time!

Stayed for 7 nights in July, Had a room with a sea view and so glad we did, the rooms are basic so if I didn’t have a sea view I think I would of been disappointed, but the location of this hotel is excellent. Close to everything. Absolutely loved our stay and Santa ponsa is a beautiful resort.
