The truth is that the staff was very kind, but they gave us a tiny room with a lot of noise from the cars, then they moved us to a better one, although this one had raised wooden floors, a musty smell and some small details of lack of maintenance. In general, I recommend the hotel, but I think they need a bit of care and be clearer with the photos. The hotel is far away from anything else so it's very expensive going out

Super large layout, 5 pools scattered around, and everyone very helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were different both days and well appointed. The private beach is a huge plus, and the "resident" cats were really friendly and were our favorite friends we made. Only drawback for me, was it was hard to achieve hot water in the shower, at least in the junior suite w/ocean view I had.

A hotel that seemed like heaven but it is a real hell. I rented a Luxury Double Room, -the most expensive in the hotel- to find out that the TV did not work, the safety deposit box had to be reset, the windows had water leaks, the phone was inoperative, the wi-fi worked intermittently, there was no hot water, and to top it off when I tried to adjusted I, almost got electrocuted. I had to walk to my room through an old road with holes and puddles of water The food at the restaurant was mediocre. The staff seemed annoyed at my requests. NO apologies were offered by anyone! My son had a room next to mine that was flooded by rain water literally. Never again!!! I promise.

Excelente lugar par quedarse, limpio, tranquilo, personal muy amable, retirado de la ciudad lo que dificulta un poco el desplazamiento en caso que quieras conocer otros lugares. Sin embargo cuenta con playa privada y múltiples piscinas lo que hace que tu estadía sea maravillosa y no tengas que salir de ahí para tenerlo todo en un mismo lugar. Volveríamos mil veces, todo fue perfecto. Muchas gracias

La atención es muy buena por parte de los empleados, lastima que el aseo general del hotel sea muy deficiente, por ejemplo los teléfonos de recepción se ven sucios, los muebles etc. del hall se ven viejos y sucios, las escaleras de acceso a la playa se ven dejadas y muy empinadas, para una persona con discapacidad es extremadamente difícil el acceso a la playa. Por otro lado, a pesar de tener muy buen sabor la comida en general, le falta mas variedad de platos.

En épocas de máxima ocupación como fin de año el Hotel no da abasto con el servicio adicional de restaurante. Sabiendo que ese servicio se paga, pasamos 3 horas esperando en la playa para poder almorzar, nunca nos atendieron la comanda, y por lo tanto no almorzamos en el hotel el cual está además, bastante retirado de otros servicios de restaurante. Al colocar la queja el administrador o algún directivo del hotel, nos dirige una palabra para apersonarse del caso y decir que no se nos cobraría el servicio y que en 5 minutos ya salían los pedidos los cuales nunca llegaron. Por esto, cabe decir que es lamentable que una excelente ubicación de este hotel se vea opacada sustancialmente por tener que obligarnos a salir a almorzar fuera del mismo, por la desorganización que atenta con nuestros derechos como consumidores que pagamos un servicio al menos de atención y respeto.

Excelente atención. La comida muy rica Impecable la limpieza. Aunq un poco lejos de la ciudad, para mí estuvo genial estar lejos de tanta gente. Prefiero moverme un poco q estar cerca del gentío. Llamado de taxis muy diligente de parte del personal
