Awesome stay

Well located at the very city center. Perfect for few nights. Lots of options for restaurants and shops

Convenience and price is competitive!  Just a little noisy during Friday and Saturday night.  Many nice restaurants and scenes nearby!

Good price and location at center of city . Small room 
But ok for 1 night
Reception  cannot speak English.

Buena estancia en general, el único pero es el calor que hacía en las zonas comunes y en la habitación,deberían de limpiar los filtros del aire porque no enfriaba bien.

Good stay overall, the only downside is the heat in the common areas and in the room, they should clean the air filters because it didn't cool well.

El hotel se encuentra en una plaza en pleno casco histórico de Santa Cruz, por lo que para aparcar nos alejamos unos 10 min andando, que no está nada mal, además tienes todo tipo de comercios cerca. El personal atento y educado, la habitación tenía una terracita a la plaza con buenas vistas y estaba muy limpio. Sin duda una opción genial en relación calidad-precio.

The hotel is located in a square in the historic center of Santa Cruz, so to park we walk about 10 minutes, which is not bad at all, plus you have all kinds of shops nearby. The staff was attentive and polite, the room had a small terrace overlooking the square with good views and was very clean. Without a doubt a great option in relation to quality and price.

Rapport qualité-prix normal, très bon emplacement pour la visite du centre ville, personnel sympathique, chambres calmes et impeccables, excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, parking public pas trop loin

This hotel is very very basic. The location is good but other than this it is awful. Bed was extremely hard, pillows very thin. I left this hotel without spending the night at all as I could not sleep in the room. Reception staff were friendly. It also needs to be noted that the hotel advertises parking onsite, this is not the case. You have to park in a private car park behind the hotel that has extremely small spaces

My room was grubby, basic, noisey from the machines outside and unclean. Hairs in the bathroom, eyelash on the sink and dirt in bottom of the glasses. The room bared no resemblance to the rooms on the website. The only positive was the location.
