The front desk service was extremely poor, and the hotel environment was average. The cleanliness was subpar. The location was convenient, but the additional $10 living surcharge imposed by the front desk was absurd. Such an additional fee detracted significantly from the overall value and left a disappointing impression on what could have been an otherwise satisfactory stay.

Service office is helpful, request to changed second floor to first floor due my mom’s health. The location is not that bad. But the bathtub there is a bug crawling. The door step is too high when you step in, you got to lift your knee before you can step. Or you would fall. Breakfast is good coffee and waffles.
