This time staying in the hotel itself is no problem, all aspects are pretty good. The point is that the hotel booking makes me very unhappy! The location is very good and the security is very guaranteed. But it is not a traditional hotel. It is a hotel with several houses in an apartment, so it is very difficult to find. And there is no physical front desk, and the apartment administrator will get off work very early. English listening is not enough, even check-in will encounter obstacles. Because we arrived late, after the check-in procedure, it took a lot of time to study how to enter the door from here. Finally, I found this door to go in. It was to the lobby on the first floor of the apartment. I couldn't get to the room at all... There was no explanation for the relevant situation when booking, and the order was marked as check-in at the front desk. We were a bit busy with this and called the hotel on duty and took more than an hour to get into the room

Service is always great. The property is always kept clean. Rooms are always clean, beds are very comfortable. Some rooms do have a stove top and equipped with dishes, pots & pans. There is a $15 parking fee. 😕. Or park for free on the street.

We had a busy weekend lined up, class reunion on Saturday, giants game on Sunday and 49er game on Monday. Staff was great. We did not eat but one meal at the hotel, price is too high for the elderly and really not enough selections. Staff was great and very helpful especially Claudia who was there everyday of our stay, we even arrived one day earlier then expected and was able to get the same room for far less then the weekend due to game day up grades.

The hotel is good, the bed is big enough, the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a burger shop on the first floor that can be solved. The hotel is not far from Wal-Mart. There are a lot of things in the supermarket. Eating is not a problem.

I live in Room 1002 this time. First of all, the air conditioner is very loud. After I turned it off, there is still a lot of engine-like noise inside or outside the room. This is seriously inconsistent with the image of the hotel. It also seriously affected my rest. The rest of the hotel is very well done. The sheets, pillows, and bathrooms are all very good.

The room is very spacious and is a suite. More than 30 square meters. The sofa is open as a bed. The big bed itself can sleep three people. At the time of check-in, they also sent chocolates from their hotel, and the breakfast was good. WiFi speed is very good.

Pretty average hotel. Giving it 4 stars given it included breakfast and happy hour. The bartenders and omlette maker were excellent and friendly. Other breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled to be there but overall went about their tasks and kept out of guests way. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the layout was quite awkward being right next to the stairwell. The room felt cramped and the bathroom small to maneuver in. Not sure if all rooms were that way but I'd suggest a different room. The hotel was reasonably close to some restaurants and easy enough to get around the area. Overall not a bad stay.

My office is very close by so this is the preferred hotel when we come into the office. I've stayed at AC Brand hotels a few times and like them. This hotel was great. Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful! Great lobby bar with a very talented mixologist, was not expecting that in a hotel bar! Breakfast was included in my rate and was super healthy and very tasty. Choice of a healthy egg entree with a breakfast buffet filled with healthy options including yogurt, fruit, juices and whole grain breads. My room was super spacious with a king size bed and a large banquette type couch. A nice desk area with lots of light. My bathroom was a completely closed space, but a colleague had a completely open bathroom with frosted shower and toilet doors which I thought was strange and probably not the best if traveling with kids or with family. I was on the freeway side of the building and was not bothered by the noise of the road, but another colleague was, so if you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room on the other side of the building.
