Excellent location. Nice room with a big bathroom. Comfortable bed. Our room had an outdoor patio. Cleaning service everyday. Free coffee in the main area all day. Friendly front desk staff. Gave us great tips on pintxo bars and restaurants and what not to miss in this beautiful city. I would highly recommend staying here.

Extremely central location with lovely rooms. We had a family room with a balcony which was really nice. We had one room, one bathroom and a sofa bed which were all comfortable. The amenities and service at the hotel were great with tea and coffee machines and timely room cleaning.

Very nice location in city centre. Very friendly and convenient for an affordable price. Parking in La Concha Parking can be paid directly at the B&B. Nice bathroom, free coffee, free water and a fridge available. We will come back next time.

Very professionally run small hotel in perfect location in San Sebastián — you are basically in most charming and elegant part of town, surrounded by boutiques and beautiful squares. Old town is 2 blocks in one direction, the beach 2 blocks in the other. Walkable to visit/train station (10-15 minutes). The staff is superb, responsible and attentive. Though the building is old, the hotel is completely modern on the inside. Room is slightly small but not to the extremes we’ve experienced elsewhere, and the private terrace and bathroom were spacious. Great bargain — we would highly recommend.

Ideal location next to old town, smart, clean and comfortable room with small balcony looking on to street below. Reception desk open until 7pm. Key card entry to building and room. Was perfect for our 4 night stay. Noise from cafes on street below which we didn’t mind at all. Coffee machine in reception, fresh towels daily. Would reccomend.

This was the best of our 3 accommodations on our trip to Bilbao via Bordeaux. The location is excellent for the Old town and beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The check in staff were friendly. The bar virtually next door was great for breakfast and a night cap so don't let the no food aspect put you off. Lastly the speed in which they dealt with the clothes I left behind was superb, informing me of progress along the way. Very worthy of 5 stars.

We stayed at Pension Garibai for 10 nights. The location is very good, about 5 minutes from the beach. The room was very small. There was only one chair. The balcony was also very small, more like a French balcony that you can only stand on. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. You could make coffee in the hallway and there were also cookies. The two ladies in reception were friendly and helpful. Overall, I have to say that the price/performance ratio was not right for us, €166 per night.
