The pool was closed under construction, and every day the entire lobby was taken up by construction, and the strong smell of chemicals that even found their way to make it to the third-floor. It’s about 30 to 40 minutes to Zona Rosa by taxi during rush-hour and about 15 to 20 minutes during off peak times. The staff were incredible. Especially Elmer who is now my homie. He made it special for me

Budget hotel, but clean

Great staff & service. We stayed at another 5 star hotel prior to our stay at the Intercontinental and this hotel is way better in its service than the other one. There is a mall right across from it as a plus.

Property is in way better shape and condition compared to Sheraton presidente, staff is super nice and helpful, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are up to date and not outdated whatsoever, the restaurant options and breakfast options are great as well, the 2 guys that are working the valet understand time is valuable and will get your car within a couple of minutes of giving them the keys, also valet prices are excellent! Definitely recommend.

This Hotel was fantastic! Our rate included a delux buffet breakfast with many options including special order omlets and pupusas. The room was quiet with central air. The bathroom was large with storage areas. There were several hotel restaurants and a pool. The Metrocenter mall is connected via a walkway with many options including food.

Excellent service at the restaurants but that's about it. Lobby restrooms were dirty and also outside of the property. I would think for a luxury hotel they would at least try to keep the areas clean. Also the room we stayed at was very noisy.

Great staff, good food and convenience for business. Shopping plaza a nearby convenience. Noise levels from passing guests in corridor at times during the night. Room cleanliness mainly ok but not consistent. Room and bathroom amenities and charging ports great and regular drinking water supplied. Overall can recommend.

The hot water in the shower was not hot at all. It wasn't even warm. The hot water was working, because the water coming out of the sink was very hot. However, the hotel has it set so that the water in the shower will not get hot.
