Condado
Rooms were ok… nothing out of the extraordinary but it had a weird smell to it. The location is nice, it’s near condado area almost everything walking distance. AWFUL service. Since we came in we had problems to check-in and confirmed our reservation had the late check-out at 1pm since it was included. We had Late Check-out included and when we were about to check out, we told the lady at the front desk that our check out was at 1pm. She looked at us and said no it’s at 12pm but with a bad attitude. Then I told her that our stay had included the late check out. She then said with the same very bad attitude, “well if you said that at first”. Then my partner said well there’s a problem with organization because we said that at check in and she confirmed it. She then responded with even more attitude… “No the problem is communication” Honestly for being a “Hotel” it had a horrible customer service. Not recommended at all if you want a pleasant vacation.

Miramar
The location of the hotel is not bad, there are a lot of food on the side, there are Wal-Mart and CVS in 20 minutes walk, the opposite is a big pharmacy, the room is quite satisfactory, the breakfast downstairs tastes good and not expensive.

San Juan Antiguo
The hotel is in a very central location in the old town, you can walk anywhere. Very local, and the service is very helpful. The hotel environment is incomparable to that of well-known local hotels. After all, in the old town. It is recommended to stay in this hotel for 1-2 days. Play in the old town. Then go to the hotel to stay for a few days and then play other items.

San Juan Antiguo
This was the best experience, as a local tourist, with hilton in Puerto Rico. This hotel is in old San Juan and has an infinity pool and bar at the rooftop with incredible views. Rooms are super clean and everybody from Andrea and her team at the front desk to the housekeeping lady, were very nice and brought us chocolates and water. My family and I felt very welcome. We were celebrating my son's birthday and everybody was greeting him. At the Consular Restaurant, Kiara, provide us with the best service, food was delicious and the food came quickly. Kiara has the best attitude and her smile is contagious.

Windchimes was a cute little hidden gem a short walk from the beach (~3 min walk). The street over had lots of cute restaurants and cafes. Overall, great location. Some downfalls were , lots of construction, air conditioner sounded like dripping water noises, and our room had no windows. Very nice staff, many outdoor sitting areas, small pool. We also had access to the sister hotel, which had a slightly bigger pool that was heated (and felt like a hot tub!) Free access to beach towels and filtered water with cone cups. We enjoyed scootering around Puerto Rico, highly recommended downloading the bird app to scooter for yourself . Great spring break with my girls!
