1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

I booked 2 people but my brother was a companion to the hotel in front of me. They said they had to pay a deposit of 2500 pesos to enter the room. Face, we woke up at 10:45 with the noise of the day. I will not repeat at this hotel.

The surrounding environment is good, there is a small park, very close to McDonald's, and there is a supermarket and barbecue shop downstairs, which is very convenient

The important thing is that the protection system for outsiders is quite difficult. The manager pays attention to every detail. Near shopping malls and on the main road, easy to find, easy to come, will definitely recommend people to stay Waiting for a refund of the already canceled booking. but there is no confirmation. Refunds or cancellations quickly should be a favorite for travelers staying here.

Location: 5/5. Easy to locate and is really in the certer. Service: 4/5. Front desk is easy to talk to, cheerful, and responsive. They also update guests from check-in details to hotel activities via Telegram. Their area for improvement though are the attendants at their resto (7F). Cleanliness: 3/5. Beds were clean and neat. The room we got was tidy upon arrival. However, the restroom at our assigned room has a pungent odor that even Lysol® can't eliminate. Also there were nymphs occasionally. Amenities: 4/5. While it doesn't have the usual ones like the pool or gym, it has an art gallery plus a rooftop that has events every weekend night. Also, they have card/board games that we borrowed. These made our stay more enjoyable.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good! Couple of areas for improvement: - the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours - our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet - there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

Excellent location, close to SM Fairview and Ayala Terraces. Room cleanliness needs attention especially the bathroom. TV has no local channels, but Netflix and Youtube are available. Stay details were not communicated during check-in, which is a must such as wifi access and breakfast

Love this newly opened budget hotel. The room was very clean. The bathroom was modern. I wish they have free toiletries, but I was ready so I didn’t need it. But if you plan on staying here, make sure you have complete toiletries. The wifi was good. No issues with all my devices. Overall, I would stay here again.

Booked the room for my family, wasn’t able to take picture of the room as I leave immediately after they’re settled,.. Trinoma/Landmark is just walking distance, but as per google maps, it will take 12 minutes (if I remember it correctly), but because it’s really hot nowadays, you can take grabcar (around 140??),.. The room is quite big, have windows where you can see the street,.. Maybe the downside is there’s no mini-fridge (better if have as it was a family room so can put some food/drinks), no extra hanger, no slipper, have only 1 table and 2 chairs (I haven’t tried to ask, but maybe you can request as the room is for 4 people when booked); have complimentary water, shampoo and toothbrushes; You can also check-in early, just pay 500php (not sure if this is the reason why hangers were no available as they are still preparing the room when we checked-in) — check in time is 2pm, but we arrived around 12noon; They will also ask for 1K deposit where you can claim back once you check out,.. All the staff was very helpful and assistive when it comes to their customers. My experience was just smooth and love the staffs as they are very friendly. Hope i can meet them again. Ill recommend this to my families and friends! Thank You Astrotel Novaliches Family, you guys did a good job!
