Located at walking distance from SM San Jose. Simple but clean. Open shower (the whole bathroom/toilets is wet after you take a shower). The staff is nice.

The rooms are clean. At first glance, it looks like a normal business hotel. However, many Filipinos seem to use this hotel as a love hotel. It doesn't seem to be the kind of hotel where you make a reservation or pay in advance, so when I made a reservation and paid in advance by card, the staff was confused. Looking at the price list, it seems that the hotel rents rooms by the hour, not by night. There is no hot water in the shower. Breakfast is 165 pesos and is all-you-can-eat. All-you-can-eat Filipino food. It's cheap, but if you don't like Filipino food, you should avoid it.

For my business trip, this hotel was chosen as it is close to the workplace. The hotel is a little away from the main road and the road is not lit at night so stray dogs can be a menace when returning late in the evening. The hotel premises is kept clean. They provided Gym and pool pass but I didn't try it. At check-in they take a fully refundable deposit of 1500 pesos in cash for which you get a receipt that you must furnish when you check-out. The WIFI is not very strong and is horrible at the 3rd floor. So, I suggest taking up rooms in other floors as it was difficult to get reception in my room. The room was comfortable with very basic amenities. Two 15grams soap, two Shampoo+Conditioner bottles, hairdryer and towels are provided. Water bottles are replenished when rooms are cleaned. Room cleaning is not done every day, but the staff will promptly assist if cleaning is needed. They have an in-house restaurant that serves limited but good food. However, the restaurant is not open past 7pm which is a bother as you would either must go out to have dinner or order through the app Grab. As part of the package, Filipino breakfast was provided for me. They don't have a buffet breakfast for guests. You choose Filipino / American / Continental breakfast which is a plate of limited pre-set menu that cannot be refilled. I am rating the hotel less due to the amenities provided and limited options for food. However, the staff is excellent and made the stay as comfortable as possible. They were polite and always trying to help to the best of their abilities.

In the past, my husband and I would only book a hotel for just the two of us. We would spend our days playing and having fun at the malls, and in the evenings, we would check into the hotel. However, I'm so happy to say that a lot has changed. Now, our family bonding time has really improved. We check into the hotel first and unpack our bags and essentials for both myself and our daughter. After getting settled, we enjoy special moments together. We have fun at the mall, visit Kidzoona, and spend time with my father, her grandpa, whom we haven't seen in nearly a year. Later, we enjoy our time in the hotel by eating, playing with our daughter, and cherishing each other's company.

I waited for 5mins to verify my trip booking. The room was good for its price but the towel had stains, the tv had a crack, the blanket was thin and the pillows weren't soft It made my head hurt. Overall, fun as no one is disturbing me.
