Expensive compared to the other resort around. No food options in the cafeteria. Lacking of shed specially on the hot weather. Hard to go around as no shed. Very loud as they aloud karaoke party.

Friendly staff and location was good

We booked an overnight stay because we had wedding to attend nearby. Though the drive up had some steep inclines we did not mind because when we arrived at the property, the view that greeted us more than made up for it. The lobby smelled so good and they had complimentary welcome drinks. The weather was also cooler because of the hotel’s location up in the mountain. The front desk person was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All the other staff greeted us with a welcome smile. When we got to our room it was clean, spacious and cool. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in. The only things that need improvement on are: 1. The elevators were under maintainance so only PWD and seniors can use it 2. the complimentary instant coffee (funky taste) 3. Wish the buffet breakfast was available on weekdays too Overall, my husband and i had a great stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Hope this review helps☺️

Room is very spacious for the price! You will really get your monies worth with this accommodation. Location is okay. Just some few minutes walk from Trinoma and SM North. It is accesible through public transport as well - jeepneys, buses are passing through the area. Staffs are great - kind and accommodating. Breakfast is available - just ala carte. Choice of Filipino breakfast. Affordable but not too fancy. Hot shower and toiletries are available. Some amenities in the room just needs upgrading. Overall, a great stay for a very cheap price. Will surely book again.

1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

Staff went beyond their way in providing us a quality service and great experience at the hotel. Thank you! Appreciate all your help! From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

During my recent trip to Makati, I stayed at Abraham Manila. After a 4-hour bus ride from the province, arriving at Abraham Manila was a welcome break. I chose their double room, which was just right for my short stay in Manila. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax. If you're looking for affordable options, they also have dormitory accommodations. One of the best things about my stay was the water refills on the 7th floor, which was really handy. And having a dedicated working booth was great for getting work done remotely in a quiet space. The staff at Abraham Manila were amazing, always ready to help with anything I needed. Plus, the hotel's location in Poblacion, Makati, was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to explore, making it easy to find something new to try each night.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.
