We stayed for a week. Second visit to this wonderful hotel. The hotel is immaculate. The staff are all so courteous and willing to help. Nothing is too difficult! We were made to feel very welcome. The food and service is truly excellent, has a great wine list and the spa is really well designed. All round wonderful feeling to be there. The shuttle works really well and picked up and dropped off our skis. On the day we left the owner arranged for the shuttle to drop us off at the Cortina Express station for the trip home. Wonderful! We will be back in 2026

We have stayed at the Diamant Hotel several times, and each time, the service, gastronomy, cleanliness of the rooms, and other facilities were excellent! Furthermore, the atmosphere in the hotel is familiar and warm! See you next year for sure!

Our fourth two-week stay at this wonderful hotel! Excellent rooms. Excellent food. Excellent location. Excellent staff. 10 out of 10 in every way! We would definitely recommend the Diamant. San Cassiano is a lovely location for enjoying spectacular walks in the mountains. Absolutely breathtaking scenery.

Thank you to all the lovely and helpful staff at this wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food was plentiful with a varied choice, oh and delicious. The spa was excellent after a hard day on the slopes. The shuttle bus worked perfectly, up the steps from the boot room, into the bus and out at the gondola, easy! The area of Alta Badia is varied and you’re not far from the Hidden Valley and Cortina. Would we recommend this hotel? most definitely. So much so we’ve booked for next year. Looking forward already to our return. Grazie!

Hotel Diamant is a well-situation hotel for exploring the Dolomites. We enjoyed the hotel with very high service. Excellent restaurant both breakfast and dinner, and a relaxing spa environment to chill in after a long day of hiking in the mountains. Great hotel, staff and service even better

Just returned from a weeks walking based in the hotel. I don't think there is much I can add to the previous high reviews other than say they are well deserved. All very welcoming. We would be very happy to stay again sometime in summer or winter.

This hotel is excellent value and their food (especially dinners) hits way above some 4 & 5 star hotels in the area. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the owners are especially helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the surrounding mts. The parking is great and they just added a new underground garage. Highly recommend renting e-bikes and riding from the hotel up to Pralongia. The sauna area has a great outdoor relaxation area ( indoor one too). Easy walking to the shops and there is a weekly artisan market in the pedestrian-only section. This was our second stay—will return again!! Highly recommend Diamant in San Cassiano.

We have stayed at Hotel Diamant multiple times over the past 15 years. The rooms have been very nicely modernized and updated over the years. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and most are fluent in English. The family owned hotel is now mostly managed by the son, Roman, with help from other family members. Roman is great for answering hiking related questions, or anything else that comes up. San Cassiano is a cute little town/village within 5-45 minutes of multiple hiking opportunities and summer lifts/gondolas, including 20 minutes from Falzarego Pass and 45 minutes from Pordoi pass.
