Numa Salzburg Vogelweider

the location is good although not at the city center, 2 mins walk distance for supermarket and 25 minutes to Salzburg attractions. design is good and considerate. however, the facilities and equipment are failed, firstly, when we check-in the room, the mirror was failed to hanged at 2 screws and we almost made it felled when we brought in the suitcases; secondly, the toilet can’t stop loading water when we first time flush it, and cannot keep water for the next flush; furthermore, we think it's unacceptable that the whole property out of hot water for shower on June 18, 2025. we suffered the ice-water for shower at that night and we don't see any sincere apologies from hotel. last but no least, that's not good/bad, a fact that if you prefer service, then there's no service in the hotel, 4-star hotel price but providing hostel amenities.

My husband and I stayed at numa Salzburg and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed—everything felt fresh, cozy, and well thought out. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and the location was great for exploring the city. The only downside was the check-in process. numa operates without on-site staff, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive the registration link in advance. It took us about 30 minutes to sort things out and finally get access to our room, which was a bit stressful after a long journey. That said, once we settled in, everything was smooth. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish stay and are okay with self-service check-in, numa Salzburg is a fantastic choice. Just make sure to get your check-in info beforehand!

Supremely tidy and efficient with an excellent and comfortable room. Coffee included and good WiFi. I was pleased to find an iron in the laundry room. A bit of a walk to the shops and sites, 10-20 minutes, in such a charming town the hotel walks are a joy!

Futuristic concept of hotel, had a pleasant stay. There is no frontdesk, but using WhatsApp to contact the hotel personnel was easy. Everything is good, strongly recommended!

Great location, easy to get to busses, and grocery stores close to the hotel. Also, not far from the train station. I would prefer talking face to face to someone, but over-all the hotel would contact me when I had a question. If you are okay with not being welcomed by someone than this is a great place to stay.

Very ‘hands off’ experience. You recieve a room pin via message and handle any issues through a whatsapp chat. The rooms were quite nice and had more than the usual kitchenette including a nespresso, microwave, cutting board/knives, dishware, and silverware.  Close to salzberg hbf, and reasonable walking distance from the main tourist attractions and shops
