I THINK EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL! Location, the inn, the food, the service, just the air conditioning in our room that wasn't working very well, but other than that I highly recommend it and go a thousand times. We love it so much! ＜3

It’s a small and Cosy boutique hotel in the best old town , near everywhere you plan to see, best location. kind and nice staffs and also they serve good breakfast. A little noise because of the busy area and the church but it’s fun. I really like it and recommend it.

Excellent location in Pelourinho! Natália welcomed us very well at the inn, all the staff are very polite. Clean room! The value for money is good compared to other accommodations we researched in the region. Worth it!

I generally don't stay in guesthouses. But, I was looking for something close to an event where I was, to rest a little, before having to return to it at night. I didn't regret it. The guesthouse is simple, but very clean and tidy. The room is very airy and pleasant. We stayed in a luxury apartment on the 2nd floor. There are no elevators, but I was warned in advance. Sandra, the manager, did everything and a little more to meet my needs. Super helpful. Afterwards, I met Natália, the owner. Super kind, too. I will definitely be back. Next time I have something to do in Pelourinho, I will definitely stay there for the night. It will definitely make my life a lot easier. They spoke very highly of the breakfast, but I didn't eat it. There are no parking spaces. Therefore, I preferred to go and return by Uber. There are great restaurants nearby.

My mother is a smoker and knows that she can't smoke in the inn, because she's not disoriented, we weren't going to have breakfast, we were on a walk and she asked for some coffee. Abgail, was very harsh with my mother and said that it wasn't coffee time and she couldn't smoke in the inn and when she went out to smoke, she asked another employee to close the window, as she smoked on the steps next to the inn , later we found out, the inn has an espresso machine, we could have said so, we would pay without any problems like we do in other inns. The other collaborators, Sandra, Joanice and Naum, are excellent, polite and helpful. The structure of the inn is great and beautiful, but the shower is only cold or very hot. The breakfast is simple. It was just a star, for the harshness, that Abgail treated my elderly mother. I won't go back.
