Lavilletta B&B

Since it was a B&B without a front desk, I couldn't help but feel inconvenienced by the check-in time restrictions and the inconvenience of leaving my luggage after checking out, but more than that, I was forced to do a lot of unnecessary work, and it was a very tiring stay. I stayed for two consecutive nights (no discount for consecutive nights), but the towels were not changed or the room was cleaned. I asked for a towel change through the ******* message function, but they replied that it was impossible because the cleaning staff lives in the suburbs. I have traveled to Italy more than 10 times and always stay in standard class hotels, but this was the first time I have not had a towel change. The used towels, both large and small, were wet and slightly smelly, so when I told them that, they replied by message instructing me to send a photo of the dirty towels. After that, we had several phone calls, and the tone was rough, and in the end I was instructed to get a set of towels from the vacant room next door (a room whose door was difficult to open). My impression of Salerno has become terrible after I got home tired and the long and unpleasant exchange and my surprise. I do not recommend it at all.

Located on the 4th floor, with lift, a stone's throw from the train station and the centre, it is equipped with all the basic comforts, including a small fridge which, however, we kept turned off during the night due to the noise which was not loud but annoying. The doors, both in the room and in the bathroom, close with a bit of difficulty, and the shower latch did not work properly. Kind and friendly staff, available to accommodate our every need.

Me hospedé únicamente por dos noches y era mi primera experiencia en un B@B ya no no habían hoteles disponibles en Salerno. En primer lugar la ubicación es excelente!! Cerca de todo caminando, después tuve una buena comunicación con el administrador ya que me contactaron mediante WhatsApp y me dieron las instrucciones para llegar y entregarme la llave. Después la habitación si bien es cierto pequeña como es normal si pude descansar sin problemas y no escuché nada de ruido y todo funcionaba bien ! TV , wifi , baño todo en perfecto estado. Así que 100% lo recomiendo.

Esperienza pessima. Non consiglio assolutamente questo B&B. Stanza rumorosa sia per gli infissi inadeguati che non schermavano dai rumori della strada, sia per il frigo ( rumoroso) ed il bagno chimico, che probabilmente a causa di una perdita, si azionava di continuo. Non solo. La colazione è consistita in un cornetto imbustato e delle fette biscottate con le mini porzioni di marmellata. Veramente inadeguato ed imbarazzante. Tra l’altro, la stanza è costata 100 euro a notte….. assurdo!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in jener tollen Lage, mitten in Salerno. Sehr schönes Famikienzimmer mit dem Balkon und einem tollen Blick auf die Stadt und auf die Berge. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Promenade, die Altstadt, den Hafen, den Strand. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in 200 Meter Entfernung. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp jederzeit. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Also, nur zu empfehlen :-)
