Immaculate, charming haven. Touchless check-in was very simple with clear photos. Despite 2 parties at the restaurant far below my spacious balcony, I couldn't hear a thing after shutting the doors. The sea breeze and partial balcony view are divine. Neighborhood felt safe. Ample shelving for suitcase, carry on, and a convenient bathroom rack for cosmetics, etc. Appreciated the clothespins for using the discreet drying rack on the balcony - useful! The building is right across from the huge, attractive City Hall - convenient for finding your way back. Salerno's ferry port and Trenitalia station are both within easy walking distance, maybe 10 minutes or so. Proprietor Olga recommended Al Dente restaurant, which was excellent - get there early or call ahead; it's popular with locals. On the walk back from Al Dente, I recommend a stop at Gianni 56 for excellent gelato.

This property has 4 "rooms" in an apartment building on the 7th floor. It appears that one large apartment was split into 4 rooms with a main common area when you enter. The room was comfortable and had a nice wrap around terrace. Even though it was on a main street, once the doors were closed I couldn't hear anything. We did take the stairs most of the time since the elevator was small, but did use it for moving luggage. It is one block in from the water and the walking area along the water and only a few blocks from the pedestrian area with shops and dining. There is no breakfast on site, they gave us vouchers to use at a cafe a few blocks away. It provided coffee, juice, a cornetto and a ham & cheese sandwich which I would avoid. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Excellent solution a stone's throw from the pedestrian area. Strategic location a few hundred meters from the ferry dock and the train/bus station. Park your car and forget about it. Room equipped with all comforts located on the 7th and last floor of a building with a concierge. Top cleaning with daily service, availability, courtesy and availability of the host, super. Excellent quality/price ratio. I highly recommend! The only flaw, the soundproofing of the rooms, but this also depends on the other guests of the structure, sometimes not very polite ...

Given that I contacted Mrs Olga well in advance of the overnight stay and she was extremely friendly, my short stay was perfect. The room was large, very clean and quiet, the bed very comfortable with embroidered linen sheets, in the morning I was able to have a first coffee in the room thanks to the presence of a Bialetti with waffles and then a breakfast at the nearby bar. All perfect!
