Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The room was very clean and well maintained , with decent minibar . Bed and pillows very comfortable , the style and design of the room very inspirational classic but with a modern twist . The lobby bar was very pleasant , and room service was quick . Thank you Radisson for a very welcoming warm stay )))

The room is big enough, but the balcony is very small and can’t get out. The balcony wall is very high and you can’t see the river view outside. Of course, you may consider the safety factor to get such a high cement wall. The entrance is under construction when you check in, which will affect the traffic and location. Very good 7.8 minutes walk to the Hermitage, easy to eat around, a few minutes to the Spilled Blood Cathedral

Самый комфортный отель, в котором мне приходилось прибывать 👍 1. Безумно красивый отель : как снаружи, так и внутри. Комфортные номера. На сайте можно оставить пожелание по поводу кровати (одну большую или две одноместные). 2. Уборка номеров каждый день (что не везде бывает). 3. Самая классная функция- заказ завтрака в номер! Завтрак невероятно вкусный, большое порции и достаточно большой выбор блюд! На ресепшен вы можете оставить свои пожелания к завтраку , к какому времени вам принести. Спасибо повторам, за такой вкусный завтрак! Рисовая каша как из детства! Сервировка тоже на высоте! 4. Расположение. Все в пешей доступности (до всех достопримечательностей города вы можете дойти пешком, тем самым насладиться атмосферой Петербурга) 5. Приятные работники отеля! Единственный и незначительный минус: 1,5 спальное оделяло, но это опять на любителя. Мы с мужем спим под одним большим. Но думаю , что можно на ресепшен попросить большое. Но опять - это на любителя. В целом , отель шикарный , обслуживание на высоте, 5+! Советуем.

We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. It will be nice to return, tk the hotel is very conveniently located. Все очень близко!

Perhaps the main advantage of the hotel is its staff – from the risepshne, to the staff of the restaurant. Booked a romantic package. Improved standard room with roof view is beautiful. A pleasant surprise was the working jacuzzi bath. The heart of the rose petals on the whole bed touches the heart of any girl! The room has everything necessary, including tea and coffee ingredients that were filled in the morning. Breakfast in the atrium on the system Swedish table is ordinary. Something bright didn't impress. Although coffee was good and pleasantly rejoiced with freshly squeezed orange juice. At breakfast, what I saw a man in pants! For a city 5-star hotel it is unacceptable!!! Our package included dinner in a Japanese DNS restaurant. We didn't get to the restaurant – there was a birthday party and we were offered a separate beautiful room next to the atrium. Very beautiful and romantic. Dinner strictly on the proposed menu. As I understood, it included the cheapest dishes of all the range offered by the restaurant. The time was great, but the dishes were mostly not impressed. It needs to be worked on. In general, the rest was amazing and grateful to remember this hospitality hotel. At that time it was the best offer for price/quality among St. Petersburg's top 5-star hotels. All guests of the city and locals definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you, Emerald!!! It is necessary to come back.

The location of the hotel is very good. I walked for 3 minutes on Metro Line 2 on the bustling Moscow Street. You can reach all the attractions including the Ye Palace within 2 times by subway or bus. The hotel’s service is also good and the sanitation is very clean. I will immediately tell the hotel definitely good, and for its 4 stars does a lot of things even 5 stars do not, so I recommend it exactly. It really is good everything (god breakfasts, service, rooms, etc.) all except for two things: I will speak at once, perhaps it is connected with the number 5 in which I lived (single normal). - Wifi - did not work, or worked disgustingly. It was necessary to download the presentation at 150MB. Switched almost an hour with breaks. - Noise from ventilation in the day (after 10 a.m. time). Very loud. At the level of the air conditioner at maximum capacity, or the old refrigerator. At my arrival, it was unlikely to be corrected in 3 days, so I hope the hotel will take it into work. At least ventilation from 12 if nothing can be done with noise.

Отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звездам. Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, and also within walking distance to Nevsky Prospekt, Winter Palace, Cathedral of the Spilled Blood, and Kazan Cathedral. A taxi from Moscow Railway Station takes about 10 minutes. Better than the old five-star hotels in Moscow.

The location of the hotel seemed great to us. We did not use transportation and walked to the city and Moscow railway station. You can stroll along the noisy Nevsky Prospekt and peaceful parallel streets. Close to the shopping center, beautiful Oushi. The room is small but very cozy. Clean the room every day We could not evaluate the sound insulation effect, we did not hear the neighbors, did not see them, it was out of time. In a cozy restaurant on the 5th floor, the breakfast is very good with a great variety. We went to the bar on the 7th floor and we could see the view of the cathedral. I read a lot of complaints about closing windows, including. Those who definitely need air circulation, be careful and write down your wishes. If possible, I think your request will be approved. Everything about us is great. There is a left-luggage office where you can store your luggage. Excellent value for money.

Having stayed at this hotel maybe 10 times the past 10-12 years, I unfortunately clearly see a downgoing trend. Rooms are in general ok, but nothing exciting. Interiors are in need for some renewal. Sound insulation to the corridors and partly between rooms are not good enough. With corridors of several hundred meterss per floor level, the traffic is always high at all times. People normally talk to each other - that's normal. However, I am not at all interested inside the room what they are talking about. The rooms are clean, all right, but nothing really exciting. Just a bed to sleep in, a TV to watch and a bathroom... Breakfast is actually the most disappointing. Canteen-feeling, extremely low and poor assortment. Just scrambled eggs, untasty small ”malochnyj sosiski” sausages. No fried eggs, no omelet, no bacon. Very poor fruit assortment. I stayed at this place the last time until some substantial improvement is noticed. A shame really, because this is a hotel I previously always liked. The only thing still that did not change in a negative way is the quality of the Paulaner beer.

The Best Western is very well located in the heart of St Petersburg. It is just across Ploshcad Vosstaniya from Moskovsky main line railway station on Ligovskiy Avenue, near to the junction with Nevski Prospekt. The building is quite old as are many of the fixtures and fittings in the rooms. The one lift was also somewhat rickety. However, my room itself was large and comfortable with plenty of storage space. There was a safe, complimentary bottled water, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There was a slight whiff of drains in the bathroom but it was fine with a powerful hot shower but no bath tub. Breakfast was served in the adjacent Du Nord restaurant and it was different but pretty good. The breakfast dishes were named after various cities. On the first morning, I had the ‘Moscow’ which consisted of granola followed by Russian pancakes, with coffee and orange juice. On the second morning, I went for the ‘Amsterdam’ which was porridge followed by brioche rolls topped with poached egg and bacon, again with coffee and orange juice. I enjoyed both selections, although on the second morning, they were late opening the breakfast room, so I didn’t get to finish my meal as I needed to get to the airport in a hurry. The staff were very helpful and were able to direct me to a nearby clinic in order to get a PCR test. I couldn’t say the same about the clinic called Invitro - absolutely hopeless ! I stayed at the hotel for two nights and paid £68. Great value.

I’d say for a 4* hotel in a city centre it’s absolutely not up to the mark. The location is good that’s for sure. WiFi worked well. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. Breakfasts were okay but all the time all same (just cereal for porridge was changed every second day) that made me tired within my 2 weeks stay. The maintenance of the hotel is not good. The main minuses are: minibar (fridge) is not in every room. There’s no hair dryer. There’s no mirror for make up. The wardrobe is too small so there’s no place to put the clothes for a long stay. The view was the worst I could imagine- you only see the wall and the windows of other rooms. The staff mainly looked like dull zombies. I believe for a hotel of such level it could definitely be better. I had some issues with the room safe that were fixed very fast so I can say they are responsive to the inquiries.

Жили в Гранд отеле Чайковский с 12 апреля по 15 апреля. Прилетели мы в Санкт-Петербург в 11 часов, пока добрались до отеля было около часа, девочки на ресепшене очень быстро нас зарегистрировали и сразу же заселили в номер чему мы были несказанно рады. Номер нам достался 223, чистенький, уютненький, в номере чайная станция, вода, которую приносили каждый день, убирали номер тоже каждый день. Хочу подметить, персонал отеля очень внимательный, при заселении в номер на кровати лежало письмо с шоколадками, каждый вечер небольшие записочки с пожеланием ”доброй ночи” и что больше всего приятно удивило, у ребёнка 14 апреля было день рождение, при заселении я об этом не упоминала, когда вернулись с прогулки, на кровати обнаружили письмо и небольшой подарочек-сувенирчик (набор шоколадок)... Завтраки сытные и вкусные, кофе-волшебный... Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всем сотрудникам ”Гранд отеля Чайковский”, сказать большое спасибо за внимание и чуткое отношение.

When we first arrived at the hotel, we could see the restricted area of the lobby so I thought the rooms would be small. Turns out I was wrong, the lobby may be small but the rooms are big and sophisticated. The variety of food on the room service is limited but there are restaurants on the area. This hotel is not located right in the city center but it is quite close to the main attractions. By walking for 1-2 minutes we can reach the bank to exchange money, supermarket, restaurants and Watsons. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely.

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Stopped for one night in the room in the room of Kutuzov. No words, all super. When the settlement was made, the administrator said that he put a comfortable temperature in the room so that we were comfortable (very pleasant). На новогодних каникулах отдыхали в Питере. Выбрали этот замечательный отель из-за удачного расположения в центре и демократичных цен. Приятное общение с персоналом, отзываются на все просьбы. Удивительно красиво украшенный холл, праздничный декор и фото зона восхитили! 31 декабря получили милые новогодние подарочки. Номера очень удобные, ежедневная уборка, в номере мини кухня с посудой. Есть общая зона с большой кухней, кулером и запасами чая, сахара и соли. Чудесный отель!
