"Good location if you need walking distance from Moskovsky railway station. The theater starts with a coat rack, and the hotel - with a reception. The first thing you will meet is a rude, unsmiling, unfriendly receptionist: it feels like you owed him, and our presence became a burden (not a smile, not politeness - complete disgust for this). Room: comfortable room, good equipment (clean bed, good towels, slippers, kitchen equipment, washing machine, stove, refrigerator, iron, hanger, ironing board), - everything is clean and convenient, comfortable for a short stay. Breakfasts: they are there, but not varied (for three breakfasts - the menu was unchanged); breakfasts are implemented on the basis of a Georgian restaurant - you come, say the room number, get 2 dishes to choose from + a drink. You can eat, tasty, but monotonous. Room cleaning: no improvement was done; a lot of garbage in a couple of days; towels were not changed; towels were dried on a built-in electric dryer. For business trips/visits to the city for a couple of days it will do. I recommend it, but with the flaws described above"

"Tis type of room I didn’t really like it cos it faces road.can hear traffic day and night. Other rooms i had no problem at all. Tis room is big and nice. Only problem is facing road."

"Room: The hotel rooms resembled traditional Chinese hotels, very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the lack of USB ports. The front desk staff was very friendly. Location: Located near Lenin Train Station, within walking distance. Across from the Galleria shopping mall, there's the Golden Apple cosmetics store on the first floor and a food court on the fifth floor offering a variety of Asian and European cuisine. Starbucks, KFC, McDonald's, and Subway are all located inside the mall, as well as the famous Jianbing Guozi chain. Downstairs is Yilu Chinese Restaurant and Gu Tea, a milk tea shop."

"The rooms are clean, the entire hotel is decorated with unique flair, and the front desk service is excellent. This hotel provides a comfortable and peaceful stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the decor is modern and elegant. The staff is attentive, warm, and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located close to all your needs. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money, perfect for families and business travelers."

"I came to this hotel with my daughter, only because there is access to the pool and they let people in under 18, and there is also parking. Total: parking is paid, access to the pool is by appointment and for money. The unpleasant thing is the smell of chemicals in the room, although it was a suite. But good breakfasts and a view of Aurora and all of St. Petersburg from the Neva. Overall rating 3/10"

"Overall, it's a 4.5-star hotel. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is a 5-minute walk from the subway and about the same distance from restaurants and shops. It has all the amenities you need, though it's a bit out of the way, unlike other hotels where you can walk downstairs to shop. The biggest issue is the strong smell of the decor, and the windows can't be opened, and the air conditioning or ventilation settings are a bit unbearable."

"Very nice, clean apartment, everything you need in the room, and the reception staff are friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, easy to get to attractions, and the city center is nearby. We'll come back and recommend it to our friends."

"We stayed here in early June for 6 days and were able to check in a bit earlier than 2 PM. The male front desk attendant, a tall young guy, spoke unclearly, so we tried to avoid interacting with him. The younger female staff at the front desk, however, were fine. One slightly heavier-set female staff member at check-out didn't even manage a simple goodbye. Perhaps she hadn't had enough sleep, as it was 7 AM, but it was quite disappointing. Another major downside was the housekeeping. Upon checking in on Monday, we found the room lacked basic amenities: no toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathrobe, tea bags, or shower cap. There was a complimentary 0.33l bottle of water upon arrival, but don't expect any more during your stay. When we asked about a bathrobe, we were told it's 'not included in this room category'. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided only upon request and were not replenished daily; we even had to ask for them again ourselves on Friday. There was only one bath mat provided, and we were informed that this is standard policy – this is the first time I've encountered a hotel providing only one bath mat for two guests. There was also only one teaspoon, so make sure to check for this immediately upon arrival. We also had to request a change of bed linen ourselves on the fourth day, as it seemed no one intended to change it, despite the policy stating it should be changed every 3 days. They took away two dirty towels but failed to replace them with fresh ones. Why should guests have to constantly remind staff of their basic duties? The bathroom counter was never wiped down; some spilled powder near the sink remained there from Monday until Friday. It's unclear what the advertised 'daily cleaning' actually entails. The room felt stuffy when it was hot. Thankfully, there were no mosquitoes when we opened the window. Overall, it wasn't bad, considering the issues mentioned above. There's definitely room for improvement. It's also a shame that the nearby metro station was out of service. Based on our overall experience, we will not be staying there again."

"The hotel is right off Nesna Street, a short walk from several major churches, especially Kazan and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, which are less than ten minutes away. The Mariinsky Theatre is also just over half an hour away, though the road can be covered in ice and snow in winter, making it easy to slip or step into the mud. The hotel is small, and the elevator is incredibly small; a large person could easily fill it up. However, the boutique rooms are spacious and have high ceilings, making them very comfortable. The rooms are clean and bright, and the breakfast is quite good. The front desk staff speaks excellent English and are very helpful, answering every question. It's a very pleasant experience. Overall, this was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Russia."

"We often stay at this hotel. It is in the very center and very close to the metro. The reception is open 24 hours. The hotel serves buffet breakfasts until 11:00, there is a good selection: cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs, cheesecakes, pancakes, bacon, tea, coffee from the machine. You can leave your things for free after check-out. We lived on the 5th floor with a view of the city. In winter, the heating batteries work well. There is a hairdryer and a refrigerator in the room. There is an elevator. Of the minuses, I can only name the small size of the room. The hotel is very good."
