Tru by Hilton St. Louis Downtown

My son and I checked in for one night to go to the Shinedown concert at the Enterprise center. It's a little tough to get to because of construction and they need more valet attendant's. It's a beautiful hotel.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was really nice. I would definitely stay here again if I ever decide to return to St. Louis!

The staff was great, but probably won’t stay again Once we got to our final room, our stay was totally fine. However, we waited in line for awhile while the staff waited on other customers ahead of us. While in line, one guest went to the front counter 3 times - each time was because the room they sent him to was not clean and ready. Finally, his 3rd time down, he refused to stay at the hotel. Meanwhile, another guest who had just checked in also came back down and said her room didn’t have any sheets or blankets on the bed. We were worried at this point but were in a rush to get to ballpark village. The 1st room we were sent to was dirty, with all the blankets on the floor, wet floors, etc. We went to the front counter and requested a different room. That room was ok. Parking was a little over $57 and I did not feel safe walking outside the hotel. The homelessness is terrible in that area.

Excellent service The front desk, valet, housekeeping, and security were all amazing! We travel quite a bit and the service from this staff was by far friendlier, more helpful, and genuine than any we have ever been too. I would definitely stay here again because of the people!
