It's an old building, and the elevator has been there for many years. The room is relatively large, and the furniture is relatively new. There are pots, pans, cups, microwave, large refrigerator, and sink for washing vegetables in the room. If you want to make something to eat, there is absolutely no problem, and the bathroom is relatively good. It is big, and there is a simple wardrobe, but the bed is not big, and it is a bit reluctant to sleep two people. There is no parking lot, and it is not easy to park at the moment of construction in front of the door.

We were in town for a Volleyball tournament. Walking distance to the venue. Everything in the room was wonderful and new. Bathroom shower was great and having kitchen for morning coffee I loved!!

Everything was perfect, but there’s no parking and you are obligated to get the valet parking because the parking lot is far and unsafe.

This is a really nice hotel the staff was excellent the breakfast choices were good this space in our room was good very clean we will be coming back when we come back to St Louis

Staff wouldn’t deliver blankets to the room, made us go get them.
Our room was dirty, pillow cases were dirty and had stains. The bed sheets had very obvious staining and were overall not clean.
There was hair on the floor of the shower, there was also tissues in the bathroom on the floor. Overall it was a poor experience.

Did not have a room for us until almost 2 hours after check in time. We missed our dinner reservations and the first part of a concert we were there for. We also had NO hot water for the entire stay! We paid a very high price for this stay and it was awful!
