Hampton Inn & Suites St. Louis at Forest Park

We had to book the hotel for a last minute family matter so we paid what I assume is higher price for a room for two nights but they tacked on more for parking per day when we got there, the first morning there wasnt any room to sit and eat breakfast with the kids so we hauled everything up to our room. They also never did a refresh of our room so we ran out of towels and when i asked for a couple the next day they didn't seem thrilled so we skipped the pool. So we weren't a fan unfortunately for 270 a night

Pleasant stay My staff was great, the only downside is needed a handicapped bar by the toilet because one of my guests is recovering from a stroke.

Front desk staff KAMILLE was very kind, knowledgeable and very professional all at once. Even when the answer was negative, she made it sound very understandable and that she tried everything.

Overall a good hotel We were staying for a brief night before visiting the St. Louis Zoo. The room was pricey, so I was surprised when we were asked to pay to park in the parking lot. The rooms were not bad, but I didn't feel like they were what we expected for what we paid. The bathroom was very small and you could tell there was wear and tear. The wooden shelves and doors were scratched and chipped. The room itself was very large and we enjoyed that. It was kind of weird to have the table bolted to the floor right under the TV. The couch and chair was large. The closet was nice. The beds were a little small, but comfortable. The staff was polite, respectful and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
