We arrived at the hotel around 11am to store our luggage before going on a tour but the hotel was able to check us in with a different room type, which we gladly accepted. Thank you!

I enjoyed the stay. It didn’t start too well, the check desk gave me the wrong suite 2133, the access cards was 2123 noticed by security guard, no lighting inside pool light fixtures when I swam in the guest pool, pool areas also not well lit up, suite unit safe . The bed was excellent, the air conditioning was great, plenty of hot water , very clean room. A lot of walking in the hotel, not enough hallway phones, some didn’t work.

Disappointed that the main Bar and the light show were closed to guests. It was the main reason we returned to stay here again. It was closed due to a wedding reception, so I guess I understand, and congrats to the wedding couple. We just wish we knew that it was closed ahead of time.

Valet was backed up due to 400?guests for a wedding. Staff was working very hard to keep up. Great room with very high ceiling.

We drove 4hrs to get there & was charged an extra $100 more than I was originally quoted the person at the front desk didnt speak english well enough to explain why. Our view out of our room was a ran down courtyard of weeds

Good location, terrible service I do not typically write reviews, however I feel it is important for people to know what to expect with this property. The place itself was neat and in a convenient location, however the service was terrible. There was a lot of confusion during the check in process and the hotel was trying to charge us more for their parking when we have already parked elsewhere. The main issue we experienced was with
