The toilets and showers where tiny and not nice and was dirty

I have never seen such a hotel, not one of them.
There was a strong musty smell in the room, and there were black molds in the corners, bathrooms, and corners of the shared kitchen.
It's really disgusting, so I won't say much, this is the ceiling of the room.
I just hope that in the future, Ctrip will allow those of us who have booked a room to return it.

Best place to score in all of St. Kilda! Cheap & easy-going place and so were the women that stayed there! One extra advantage is the place's location; There are quite a few bulk-billing doctors in the area, when you need to go and get script for some antibiotics afterwards...

The hostel is well located and provides free parking. It is a normal house and not a hotel at all. A few people stay there and the place is quiet and looked after. The owner is approachable and tries to help if asked. It's more of a home away from home but nothing flash. Comfortable and peaceful.

I promise you you'd rather sleep on the street. Place is very very dirty. Owner is... yeah... very hostile, very angry, very unpleasant and generally just not informative or helpful at all. Can not recommend.

reservation on Booking, arrived on site, ignoble room, which smells of cigarette smoke, rainwater running through the ceiling, completely dead bedding, broken cupboards with waste in them, disastrous sanitary facilities... I call immediately there owner to announce that I would not sleep under her conditions, after a long negotiation she announces to me that she is canceling my stay except that she made Booking believe that it was me who canceled the reservation so no refund possible and I can't even put an opinion on Booking. establishment to flee !!!
