I think I may go back to Brussels just to see Dimitri again! He is informative in the most amusing way, engaging, friendly, humorous and so passionate about his home and about Brussels. With Louise sur Cour, Dimitri has created a museum of an Inn, a showcase for his art collection as well as his own beautiful creations. You will admire his enthusiasm and he will leave you with a smile on your face! This man, and our stay with him, was a highlight of our trip! Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here!!

Louise sur cour is the epitomy of value for money. It's not just a guest house, but an art gallery too. The owner must have gone to great lengths to decorate this jewel! Also, It's extra clean, in an amazing (posh) district, very close to all places worth visiting. Dimitris is the sweetest host and knows how to make his guests feel comfortable. Best experience ever!

Our host ,Dimitri, met us at the door with such enthusiasm I thought we were his first guests, but not so. He made us feel so welcome as he gave us a tour of his home. He renovated the 4 story building and every detail was taken care of. We had a room with a hidden bathroom and a huge soaking tub. Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit, pastries, freshly squeezed juice and an omelette if you liked. He had a map and spent time with us showing how to get to all the lovely places Brussels has to visit. The neighborhood was delightful and close to the stations. His dinner recommendations were spot on. I would highly recommend this stay and by the way there was a lift, if you need it, but then you would miss the art work hanging in the staircase.

We stayed 2 nights in Louise sur Cour and were charmed by the very personal welcome by Dimitri. We were immediately offered a glass of wine on arrival and he told us frankly about the sights of the neighborhoods we wanted to discover. We came specifically for Saint-Gilles and Ixelles, and the b&b is perfect for that. But you can also quickly reach the Marolles or the center: ideal for being able to discover everything within walking distance. The room (Van Huffel) was stunningly beautiful. It is impressive how Dimitri has transformed the house from a hovel to what it is today. Our room was really nice, with a beautiful art deco bathroom. Very spacious, a lovely bed and lots of peace, which made us feel completely at home. Only downside for us was the breakfast: the bread we got came from the supermarket and didn't seem too fresh... The slices were quite dry, hard and not very tasty. For that price I would have expected fresh bread straight from the bakery. The fresh fruit salad and omelette were very tasty. For the rest nothing to fault and definitely recommended.

Il nostro on the Road comincia ad Amsterdam,per passare a Bruges, Gent e Bruxelles. Tutti bellissimi posti ma l'ospitalità, la pulizia, l'attenzione e non per ultimo la bellezza riservataci da Dimitri nella sua CASA Opera, è ineguagliabile. Tutto eccezionale. La posizione, la struttura, la colazione, la pulizia. Una menzione particolare poi va fatta per il proprietario, Dimitri: Grazie per esserti preso cura di noi ed averci fatto sentire come a casa. Un posto speciale dove torneremmo ogni qual volta dovessimo tornare a Bruxelles
