We booked with TUI from Ireland, all inclusive, the reps were really friendly and couldn't fault. The resort is very family oriented with lots to do to keep the kids entertained. Staff are friendly, speak English, and work hard to make your holiday memorable. We had a 1 bedroom apar**ent beside the splashpark, very quite at night, no lifts, stairs all the way. Some of the apar**ents are quite tired and outdated, some have had new PVC windows and doors others still have wooden ones. No fire safety doors, and inside amenities were very basic. Cleaners came every day and made up beds and changed towels, but never swept floors. The resort itself has a main pool and 2 kiddie pools (water is cold as expected) we spent most time in the water park, kids loved it and there were lifeguards at all pools watching and patrolling constantly. They were also very friendly and a couple even played ball with my son. I missed the small signs by the food bars saying Do not take food to the poolside, but my son was stopped on one occasion, fair enough, rules are good but many other residents did not oblige. This resulted in food on the ground, ants and cups just left by the sunbeds. There were always enough sunbeds which was good. The entertainment in the evenings was good and the Animation staff were so attentive and friendly and worked so hard, each day. There were some bouncy castles and a bungee at a cost, which were Cash Only but kept the little ones busy all night and had them worn out. There are 2 snack shops and a gift shop on site, the one nearest the main reception is a little cheaper. Overall food was buffet style and had a good selection for everyone , no one was going hungry, queues can be quite long for drink bar and food so choose your time wisely. Over all was very enjoyable and we had the added bonus of sunshine every day, and if you get bored at the complex there is a free bus (train) to the beech approx every 15 min, which is worth a visit. We would recommend for anyone with small children on a budget.
