結果！😠😠😠
第二天早上在樓下泳池游泳，大概半小時，男朋友一直在房間，他剛下來我們準備上樓又一塊上去了，衹有這幾分鐘我們的房間沒人！
上樓後發現一個老白人女在隔壁朋友房間****的剛準備出來，我們還不知所以的禮貌打了招呼。
收拾了東西就去下一站了，結果路上發現兩家包裏的現金都不再見了！一共四百多歐💶！！！明明我們下樓的時候都在！
給酒店打電話就一頓敷衍，説他們沒辦法，説經理不在，説他們不能調監控，各種理由搪塞，我們説報警👮，他們就説那你就報吧！還把我們電話直接掛了！
再打電話過去就是一直不接！😡😡😡
換個號碼才接了！
很明顯就是把之前投訴的電話記住了！
再打還是同樣的話術，就是什麼都不作為！
很明顯前台和他們就是串通一氣！要不怎麼知道我們當天就要退房了？要不怎麼能精準把控我們出門的時間？🤬🤬🤬
他們就拿準了我們是中國人拿他們沒辦法！拿準了我們當天完要退房離開就算髮現也來不及找他們鬧了！這也太明目張膽了
平台應該嚴格審核一下這類酒店吧，專門坑人的

We are currently staying here as a mixed family group of 6 including older children and babies. Upon arriving it didn’t look like the most welcoming hotel front however we have been very impressed with all aspects of the hotel and the very attentive staff. The food is 10/10 and we have all been very happy. The pool and rooms are spotlessly cleaned and everyone is very friendly. We are going to boom again for next year already. Thank you THB x

Went with my daughter, my cousin and her daughter. We had a great time, the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, good quality food and options available. I really enjoyed the rooftop sun lounge area which overlooked the beach. There is plenty of shops and eateries surrounding the hotel. Overall really good stay. Thank you THB Sa Coma Platja Chinyere

Been there during the Sa Coma week celebration. Hard to rest in the night but not hotel responsibility. The hotel is quite, room nice and all with sea view. Special mention to the hotel crew: from reception, bar, restaurants and cleaning staff, all made a Great job to make our stay comfortable.

Clean, modern hotel right on the beachfront. It was about an hour to the airport and cost us €90 in a taxi. If you use the gate by the pool you are literally over the road from a gorgeous beach! If you turn right out of this gate and walk for about 15 mins you’ll find lots of nice restaurants. Room was large, spacious and cleaned daily. I liked this hotel however would not return due to the location (I’ve been to much nicer resorts in Mallorca such as Cala D’or, Port D’ Soller etc). If I was going back to Sa Coma I would return!

The hotel is beautiful on the doorstep to the beach and stores and restaurants. Breakfast was everything you could want. The room view was perfection. The room also had everything you needed. The pool was perfection even the toilets by the pool were impeccable. With a gate from the pool you are on a gorgeous beach. I loved everything. Staff were great. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Can’t fault this beautiful hotel.

Super hotel, brilliant sea views, excellent pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Food good with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially restaurant and room cleaners. Good access to beach and promenade you could walk for several miles on the flat

Excellent stay and very good value. Room and public areas were all spotlessly clean, staff were very polite and professional, food was good (above average hotel buffet). Location is excellent for a beach holiday - rooms all seem to have a beach view and there is direct access to the beach. The room was very well equipped and the concept of the hotel's junior suite is excellent, with the privacy divider between the two sleeping areas. Lovely pool with lots of sunbeds and snack bar. The room key is a microchip on a bamboo disc, attached to your hotel wrist band. This is new for 2025, while a good idea, it didn't work very well for me - fyi you can ask for a regular plastic room card if you have the same problem.

Very nice hotel,good location,the food excellent,staff service excellent,in special Angela from reception,i will come back for shore in this hotel! Thank you for everithing! Congratulation for chefs,the food was top quality! Mallorca was great!
