We stayed at this hotel from 23/9/24 - 3/10/24.The hotel was lovely. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was roomy. The sheets were changed several times & towels changed every day as was the room cleaned daily.Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The pool area was lovely but beds & tables were not cleaned on a daily basis /lots of trees & birds around which would necessitate daily clean.Otherwise we could not fault this Hotel.

Upon arrival we were greeted very friendly and told our room would be ready earlier than expected which was a bonus. However, when we came to our keys the receptionist didn't provide any information about the hotel, service times, what's available, entertainment or anything. We were also told we could potentially access a late check out as we had to wait for our transfer but when we asked the hotel staff stated they were fully booked, when we checked the website they had rooms available and had even discounted them (picture provided). When we spoke to them about this they told us we could book the whole room for another night which is completely unreasonable. When we arrived to our room we were met with a stale, damp, mouldy smell, dirt caked in the french doors and a broken shower and a broken floor tile (which caused one of our party to fall and cause a bruise to her knee - picture provided). We asked for repairs/assistance four times before the shower was looked into, the tiles and smell were never investigated. All members of our party ended up with large, red, aggregated bites from an unknown source aswell. The communal areas of the hotel are pretty decent, they have a variety of things to access. The entertainment was okay and the pools, whilst freezing, we're decent too. The only issue with the communal areas is the area by the pool sides and some beds are caked with animal droppings. Whilst the buffet had a variety of food and they kept it well stocked the ice-cream was always melted and it was quiet repetitive for breakfast and lunch options. You have access to a snack bar but we were only told on our last day the time and location of this. Drinks wise, the give you decent servings (sometimes a little too strong) but it's nice to get your money's worth. The shop has your basic needs, and a nice little touch to have onsite. Another thing to be aware of is that during our visit they were allowing a stray cat in and around the hotel, and a bigger issue being that when we walked near the cat it appeared to be willing to bite/hiss. We also overheard another customer who said the cat entered their room and when they tried to remove it they were bitten. The location of the hotel is one of the best things, you're 10 minutes walk to Sa Coma or Calla Millor or a €6 taxi booked via hotel or app. The fact that is is stated to be a 4 Star hotel is unsettling as it doesn't come across that way, unfortunately the pictures do not match what you receive.

We have just returned home from a weeks stay here. We arrived late around midnight to check in, we received no hello and found the receptionist to be rude and unwelcoming which immediately set the tone for our holiday. We didn’t get directed to where our room was or what building it was in, or shown where any other of the hotel facilities were either. Food was left out for us as we arrived late but it was leftovers from tea with flies around so we didn’t eat anything. We didn’t have a problem getting sunbeds during our stay as we get up early anyway but there definitely isn’t enough for all hotel guests. The hotel is very crowded and pool is unpleasant, you can’t even swim in it as there is just too many people in it at once. The pool is so much smaller than the photos. The pool only opens at 10am which feels late for people with small children who are up early and want to make the most of their holiday and to be honest, it doesn’t actually always open at 10am, sometimes it is between 10am-10:15am, difficult when inpatient small children are waiting. The all inclusive food is extremely repetitive and not clearly labelled, we also found that in the restaurant rules apply to men and not women, men aren’t allowed in wearing vests but women are in bikinis/swimwear. My partner was pulled to the side and told to wear a t shirt although there was other men eating in the restaurant in vests, we actually counted 4 others at one time, and they were not asked to change. We ate out in Cala Millor twice during our holiday, which was lovely and I would highly recommend. The beach is also lovely there, it is about a 30 minute walk away or a 5 minute taxi ride. Our room was spacious with good storage but pretty unimpressive, very dated, cobwebs on the ceiling, the floor wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, and we had issues with the plug sockets that sparked when we arrived, we travelled with an 11 year old and when she went to put her phone on charge, it sparked. Another plug socket came out of the wall and the hairdryer also broke whilst it was being used too. No atmosphere around the hotel in an evening, lights turned off at 11pm on the dot as the bar closes to encourage you to go to bed, safe to say staying up late and enjoying your holiday is not welcomed by bar staff. We found it quite rude that the bar shut at 11pm to all inclusive guests but people stood next to us who are paying for drinks and not all inclusive are still allowed service and to buy drinks. We would not return to this hotel and although we’ve made the most of our week’s stay, it wasn’t what we were hoping for.

We booked this 5 night break at the last minute (only a week from departure), so wasn’t sure what to expect. We were absolutely thrilled from the moment we arrived. The check in staff at reception were so friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early on arrival at 12.30pm, which was perfect to get unpacked and go straight in to the restaurant for lunch. Food choices at all meals were amazing. We are a family of four and found the all inclusive package an absolute steal, with the kids loving trying new things, all with the safety of knowing there was always something familiar for them to eat if it all went wrong! Drinks were also top notch - when the standard all inclusive gin is Bombay Sapphire, then you know it’s all good! Our room (a 1 bedroom apartment) was spotlessly clean and just perfect. We visited both beach areas -Sa Coma is the nicer beach and busier shopping area. However, we found it quite expensive for sun beds (70 Euros for 4 beds, with a free drink each at a bar). Cala Millor was far better value (28 Euro) and still had everything you would need and a lovely beach -just a bit more sea **** and less fine sand! Entertainment at the hotel was a bit hit and miss for us - the acrobat team were very talented but each dance seemed the same with a different costume, so a little boring! The reggae guy was great, but the magician was quite underwhelming! All in all, we found it great value for money and had a lovely break. We would definitely return.

Good hotel and a good area to take a relaxing break as it's peaceful. Hired a car and we easily found parking on the street nearby the hotel. Staff helpful with questions and were polite. Food very good on the whole but have to say Mexican night in the buffet was the best! Delicious food! Bathrooms could be updated but everything was clean and we were happy. I even made friends with a little cat that was around the hotel!

The food is amazing with so much to choose from every evening as well as many different themes throughout the week. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have very comfortable beds and a nice balcony and spacious room. The facilities are top notch. The bar staff are very friendly and there’s many drinks to choose from. The entertainment is the best we have ever had with Kamilla and Pablo doing the best Job. Whether it’s water aerobics or karaoke or mini disco, Kamilla and Pablo made sure it was entertaining for everyone and they are an absolute star of the hotel and it wouldn’t be the same without them. Thank you so much for such an amazing week and we will be back.

Me and my partner and son are here now on our last 2 nights..after a 10 day stay..we arrived at 3am after an awful journey we was welcomed with a plate of food on our table..which was so wanted after travelling 5 hours with nothing.. so thank you so much for that. The staff are so helpful, the rooms are so spacious..the pool is perfect and the location is in the middle of what i would call the stip of all enterainment..the day is so relaxing..with yoga..pool games and much more i would 100% recommend this hotel and will defo be returning! My biggest review has got to be to restaurant here..the food is not like most hotels..they really go all out here..i highly recommed the omlettes for brekky..there so big tastey and filling but the one member of staff that really really made our stay memerable was momo ...i hope you see this momo...at home me and my husband manage a pub so we know whats what ..not everyone can serve the way you do! You go above and beyond your pay..you make us customers feel like weve been here forever and were so welcome...you made us feel like your friend and not every server can do that..you have one of the best customer service iv ever ever come across and i hope your boss sees that! We met your boss once! In the whole 10 days..stood at the desk looking down on his workers without lifting a finger...if i could take you home to our pub i would pack you in our suitcase now.My 14 year old thinks your awsome and talks about you everyday...every morning and every evening...other than your one day of ( how dare you ) was so fun with you.....from me and my family...thank you ..our biggest memorie of our holiday is you...thank you

Just returned from this gem of a hotel. It’s set in a lovely, quiet location a short walk from both Cala Millor & Sa Coma where you will find lots of shops, bars & restaurants. We stayed in room 3203 above the restaurant & overlooking the pool. I had concerns it might be noisy, but this was never a problem; it was peaceful & quiet. The balcony was huge & lovely & shaded from the afternoon sun. The beds & sofa beds were really comfortable. We stayed All Inclusive & I have to say the food was fantastic. Lots of choice & I was particularly impressed with the salads & the meat & fish. Desserts are also very good. My favourite drinks were the sangria & mojitos! Kids loved the peach juice. The staff are lovely & helpful & very smiley. Pool scene is really relaxed & peaceful, never crowded (UK May half term, yet lots of free Sun loungers & room in the pool) & lifeguards on duty were watchful without being overzealous & allowed the kids to have fun safely. Only thing I felt could be better was the room cleaning. I’m not convinced the room or balcony had been cleaned before we arrived as it was quite dirty & whilst our beds were made up several times, no actual cleaning was done during our stay. All in all a fabulous stay & we will return! Thanks for a great holiday team HM Mar Blau
