Thanks to all at Protur Safari hotel for making our stay awesome.Thanks to the reception Ladies for there friendly welcome and kindness and helpfullness everytime we go and ask a question or for information or any help .The rooms where awesome with all you need and very clean and well looked after with beautiful view over the pools .The food had a great selection and a bonus 4 restaurants to choose from, definitely one can't go hungry here if you are on all inclusive. Loads of entertainment and things to do with bike hire and loads to do for the young ones with the kids club. Night entertainment was great and we enjoyed the shows. Thanks to all the staff for making it amazing. Definitely a place to visit again .

We’ve just returned from an amazing family holiday at Safari Park Apartments in Sa Coma, booked through TUI, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more! From start to finish, it was a non-stop fun and relaxing experience for the whole family. My child absolutely loved the TUI Kids Club — the activities were endless and perfectly organized, keeping the little ones happy and entertained all day long. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and feels very safe, which gave us great peace of mind. The staff were wonderful, always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. There’s also a great variety of restaurants to choose from, each offering a fantastic selection of food — something for everyone, from international dishes to local Spanish favorites. The atmosphere around the resort was lively but still relaxing — a perfect balance. It truly felt like a non-stop, worry-free holiday, and we can’t thank the TUI team enough for making it so special. We’ll definitely be coming back to Safari Park Apartments — it’s the perfect spot for families looking for sunshine, fun, and great service! ✨

Just back from a 10 night stay at this fantastic hotel. Drinks were great, a bit tight with vith cocktails but there's plenty of other drinks and the bar staff were fantastic, friendly and efficient. The food was great, not a great amount of choice but what was there was of the highest standard. The housekeeping staff and cleaning staff in general are a credit to the hotel with very high standards throughout the whole hotel. The only reason this isn't a 5 Star review is because of the storage in the room, with no drawers and no doors on the wardrobe it made the room feel a little untidy, which is a shame because the room was lovely. Thank you for an awesome stay.

My first time to a protur hotel,and I have to say its pretty good for families not so good for seniors if you are up for upset babies. Reception - Quick and efficient,very prompt with solving problems. Room - Very clean and spacious,bathroom /shower was sufficient also spotless only had shampoo,no body cream !!Unfortunately we didn't have a nice view from a really good size balcony.Air con not great only goes down to 21 degrees,so we ask for a fan and it was a great relief. Food,although i had read from various different mix reviews,we didn't have a problem with it,if anything a slightly more variety would have been nice. Sunbeds,absolutely loads of them mind you this is September,not sure what's it like in the middle of summer around the main pools. Various Rest,apart from getting a booking for the Indian on arrival,seems to be very hard to get a booking on the app that they have for 2 of the other 3. Great options for kids,kiddies club,toddlers pool,small theme pool.Mums and Dad's probably want another holiday after this.There is a beach,pubs and rest about 10 mins from the hotel Overall our stay for a week was enjoyable apart from the shows at night as per usual where iffy.Probably is 4 star !!!!!!!!

This hotel could be absolutely amazing but sadly there are so many things that make it not. You cannot lower the aircon to less than 21 degrees, which is far too hot and makes for an uncomfortable sleep. The beds are rock solid, we left with a sore back. The reserving of sunbeds means you cannot get one at all after 9/10am…most annoying thing in the world. There just aren’t enough for the size of the hotel. The place is sooooo busy it feels like Butlins abroad. The food is okay, same old same old every night and a lot of it not cooked through. The rooms are nicely decorated and the paid for cocktails are good. We won’t be returning sadly.

This is a lovely hotel. Very spacious rooms, never felt too compacted. Everywhere was clean at all times. Pool space absolutely brilliant. Food impeccable. The only reason this hotel is a four star is due to the entertainment being very repetitive, especially the kids disco. Also, the pools were constantly being shut due to vomit and poo being in the pools. I get this isn't the hotels fault but it was annoying. All the drinks were amazing and brilliant staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to mallorca in the future. Thank you Protur safari park for a great family holiday!

Hotel does not follow own smoking rules and let people smoke outside of smoking areas. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone with kids that value their health. Also multiple times multiple pools were closed because kids pooped in them. Staff does their best but management is a total failure.

Just back after a short stay at the Protur Safari. The complex is huge, with pools to suit all. A lively pool, two quieter pools, two smaller pools, and a splash park for the toddlers and smaller kids. The food was good. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The entertainment in the evening was abit of let down. All in all. A good short stay.
