We arrived at the hotel at 6 pm. The front door was closed and we took the side entrance. There was a phone on the side door. No one answered the call. It was raining and I was soaked. It took fifteen minutes to finally get through and there was no service. Bad review, guests were left in the rain for more than half an hour during a hurricane.
