Worst hotel I ever stayed at! Where to start! First of all you are getting to the hotel that looks like nothing like the pictures online. The hotel is old and outdated, and there was mould in the corner of our room. In morning (Saturday) at 7am, the cleaning lady was screaming outside our room, which meant we were kept awake. Even Though the rooms is non smoking rooms, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in our room. However when telling the staff about the smell, they were extremely rude. They even suspected us of being ones smoking. The breakfast was also extremely bad, and consisted of dry bread and canned fruits. At check out the receptionist wanted to charge us for breakfast even though it was included in our stay. This resulted in 30 min discussion with the very unpleasant receptionist, who was so arrogant and so rude about the whole thing. Sure to say, I will never stay at this hotel again! If I could I would give this hotel 0 stars!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the area is just right. The front desk was very welcoming and responsible and the English was very good. The hotel serves dinner, but there is pizza, which is not very tasty. You can take two or three trains to russelsheim station at the airport, then take a taxi (about ten euros) or a bus (15 minutes walk after getting off the bus) to the hotel. The first time I called Uber because of the large luggage, I chose the bus. It is also very convenient to go to the center of Frankfurt, and the train can be reached in 20 minutes to the central train station. When checking in and checking out, the front desk said that I didn't pay the room rate in advance, but I had already paid on Trip.com. After explaining to the front desk and showing them the confirmation form in the email, they did not have too much entanglement. I don't know how the Trip.com platform is booked. Their system will show that the reservation is not paid. So the English version of the itinerary is downloaded just in case.

It is a great hotel, Our room was beautiful, TV and WiFi free. Breakfast buffet is delicious and sufficient.The beer garden before the door invites to stay. Park and ride is near if you want to go to Mainz with the train. It was beautiful, liked again. it is large and there is a large breakfast buffet that is delicious and sufficient.

Travelling with two kids, we had a long layover on Frankfurt and looked for a family friendly accommodation with restaurant, free airport shuttle service, adjoining rooms and some activity for the kids (in this case a pool). Shuttle from airport to hotel worked well, but our adjoining room request ”got lost in the booking”, despite booking directly through the hotel website and not via one of the big platforms. Staff was stressed and just brushed wishes aside. Restaurant was closed for private function, didn't even serve sth to take to the room. Rooms were clean-ish, when we moved beda together we found used tissues underneath. Pool was then closed for major part of the next day and return shuttle to the airport was not free. That info is buried deep on the hotel website. All in all, not a very pleasant customer experience. Especially staff could have been more empathetic towards family with two small kids. Won't be coming back, for sure.

I stay here for 2 weeks i met a lot great people who worked there. The employee who called Soran and Gallo did a great job at the Bar. Gallo who is the F&B supervisor was always kindly friendly and so helpfull. Nida who worked at the reception was also grateful and a very accommodating receptionist . My next stay will be here at the Holiday inn express.

Perfect hotel for one night. The sleep quality was great. The hotel is nearby the highway, but nothing is disturbing your sleep. The price was excellent. The hotel isn't ultra modern, but for staying one night is perfect.
