特別表揚前廳部彭燕同學有較好且積極的服務態度與熱情，我們3月4日16：10辦理入住，到大廳內辦理入住除彭燕外其他兩位同事在交頭接耳見客人到來才急忙恢復工作態度，在辦理入住過程中那兩位前台工作人員一言不發，直至辦理好把房卡擺在前台仍是一言不發，不是我們留意的話我們都不知道已經辦理好了，是彭燕同學提醒以及全程在和我們介紹設施以外我根本看不到，我們辦理完入住轉身走到樓梯間那兩位又在那裡哈哈大笑起來，我們17：00左右下來前台詢問路線，衹見彭燕同學在崗，另外二位是故事就不得而知了，5日早上10：45退房，我愛人把房卡退給了彭艷同學，當我們還未走到酒店停車場的時候，又聽見那兩位又在哈哈哈哈？的笑聲。我想問那兩位素未謀面從未有過交集的前台部美女，我們大老遠從異地過來配鑰匙，請問那兩位哈哈大笑的你們配幾把？ 請你們酒店管理層務必加強那兩位的服務意識。 Ps:你們給供應商反饋一下，你們的冰箱的電線無法連接到後面的插座，衹能搬出來接上面的，不然暑期高峯，瑞麗很熱來旅遊的很多人都需要喝冷飲的。 第二你們酒店內的快充其實是慢充，一小時衹充了45公里。請儘快與該平台服務公司反饋。
