This hotel is rather disappointing. Through the introduction, you can see that the hotel has a hot spring and a breakfast buffet. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it didn't open and there was no breakfast buffet. The breakfast delivered to the room is too simple, I don't know 48 yuan, and the salted duck eggs are smelly. During the epidemic prevention and control period, if the facility is not open, it should be clearly noted. Also, after traveling around for a day, I found that the bed linen and bath towels were not changed at night. I urged the front desk twice, and it took half an hour for someone to clean it. The hotel is priced at more than 300, which is more expensive in border areas like Ruili, but it is really not worth the price.

一家很老舊的酒店，一進大堂一股很沖的煙臭味兒，房間感覺也很舊。馬桶沒有消毒標記，更沒有一次性馬桶墊，還好，我們自己備了。沖涼下水不暢，一會兒就水漫金山，後來拿了一把牙刷弄出一團頭髮才勉強通暢。可見一天一掃應付了事！房間有一次性拖鞋但沒有擦鞋布，配置與四鑽酒店不符。床墊太舊，有點塌陷，睡着不舒服，早該換了！三樓露天泡池，一共兩個池子，衹一個池子裏有水，是否温泉水不清楚，看着不是很乾凈，沒敢泡，洗衣房兩台洗烘一體機，感覺也是臟兮兮的，也不打算洗衣服了。早餐一般，能吃飽而已。
總之不推薦！
玻璃杯事故：對房間的衞生感覺不佳，所以漱口杯按慣例開水燙一下，沒想到其中一個炸裂，打電話給前台，服務員送了一個上來，當時讓他把“杯子屍體”拿走了，也沒拍照留證。過一會兒接到前台電話，要求賠償，26元，先生跟她解釋是消毒時炸裂不是人為打碎的，前台小姐不客氣的説：之前是好的吧？OK，賠，沒問題！自駕幾乎走遍全國，基本上都是攜程訂房，從來都沒有發生過的事情，在拉頌酒店遭遇了，算是給我們一個教訓：漱口杯不能用開水燙，那要怎麼消毒呢？看來以後要自備漱口杯！
訂房時承諾的送什麼票及下午茶均沒有，晚上回到房間看到給了兩小盒豆奶，因為看不清楚保質日期，沒敢喝，留在房間了，可以繼續拿給客人哈。
退房時剛好是入住時的小夥子，又説玻璃杯使用時間長了，熱水炸裂屬於正常現象，不用賠。夜班的小姐屬於個人原因？小夥子態度非常友好，點贊👍

最滿意的酒店，沒有之一。除了我們定的房間是三層，哈哈哈。套房有兩個衞生間，真的很方便。室內外都可以泡湯，很幸福。原諒我沒有照房間的照片，但是真的很推薦。

安全隱患鎖門的是壞的，廁所燈也是壞的一閃一閃的，桌子上還有類似血跡的東西看着就好惡心，窗簾也是一點不遮光每次想睡懶覺都被早上的透光照醒，體驗感太差

一共定了加起來16天，先説説感受吧
最後幾天咖啡機壞了一直沒得用自己點咖啡
也就算了，讓人不能接受的是，走的時候我老公問他要瓶水，她説我們已經退房了給不了，這個真的是我這輩子住過的所有酒店唯一拒絕過的我的酒店😂活久見。。。
設施都比較舊，洗澡水温忽冷忽熱，旅行團比較多，算了下次來還是選擇其他有保障，至少不會要瓶水都不給

房間很大寬敞，洗手間好是分離也不錯。自助早餐中西式也ok ，點外賣都是機器人送上來。服務員大多是緬甸人，聽不懂中文
唯一兩點不足是，户外温泉18:00到24:00開放，可是我們去是衹開了一個小水池，水還是渾濁的。
被罩，床單無意間發現不乾淨，打了前台電話後發現床墊也不太乾淨，有血漬黃漬，也一起讓服務員換新了，出現這種基礎問題太不應該了。

拉頌酒店是我選擇四星酒店跳出來的，房間足夠的寬大，衞生間乾濕分離結構合理。停車方便，早餐品種豐富，但內飾達不到四星的水準。特色項目除早餐外有點“水”，所謂瑞麗珠寶翡翠博物館就是交易市場。
