The hotel is very new, well decorated, simple and generous.
The location is very good, turn right when you go out and the square
There is a parking garage, but it is too narrow to drive in, and finally parked in a nearby parking lot is not expensive
The size of the room is ok, there is space to open the suitcase, and the bathroom is better decorated and updated
The front desk service attitude was much better when checking out the next day
The disadvantage is that a small piece of blood was found on a pillow, and hygiene needs to be improved.
It would be better if there is a conditioner

Unfortunately we did not use this hotel, after booking the room on trip.com it turned out that there were no rooms in this hotel. The lady in the reception laid out her hands and offered us to stay in another hotel. We were transferred to the Campanille Hotel.Far from a city with taxi fee in its own range.
Scandal. But such things happen.
We were unhappy at the remote hotel, however, we spent a nice three days in the beautiful city of Rouen.
The request for the hotel reception is that you use more to check your reservations and notify any changes a little earlier so that you don't stay under the sky.and the end was huge.
The downtown ibis Rouen Centre Champ-de-Mars hotel is ideal for business and leisure trips to Rouen, just 550 yards from Charles Nicolle Hospital and a mile from the station, and has air-conditioned rooms refurbished in 2019. There's a cozy bar, 24-hr snacks, fitness area and sauna, free WIFI, and paid undercover parking. We look forward to seeing you.

We selected this hotel for it's central location and secure car park and it didn't let us down. It sits on a site with a Mercure Hotel which has advantages and disadvantages. The car park is huge, don't feel the need to grab the first place you see, it really does carry on forever. The car park lift will then deposit you in the Mercure where you check in. You will need to remember that lift as if you forget and try to get back to the car park in one of the other Mercure lifts you will find yourself in their conference suites! Breakfast and dinner are served in the Mercure and are excellent. We found all the staff very friendly and as we were there on one of the nights that England were playing in the Euros we were able to enjoy the match on a large screen that had been set up. Whilst having access to all the Mercure facilities was wonderful it does leave the Ibis somewhat lacking. The reception area resembles a storage area. The rooms however are comfortable, the bathroom in our room looked like a pod that had been created elsewhere and dropped into the room but whilst small it was functional. The air conditioning worked well and we had two very comfortable nights.

L’Hotel était très bien situé, à proximité des commerces et des lieux culturels ! L’accueil était chaleureux et serviable. La chambre était agréable, et le service aussi.
La gare était à moins de 30 min à pieds

We very much enjoyed our short stay here, our room was just right, well cleaned each day and with a good bed. The staff were lovely, we got lots of interesting tourist information from the front desk and some top notch cocktail and wine service from the bar. The hotel is well located, very near to a long stay car park and a short walk from the town centre, we didn't try the restaurant but the breakfast was a good standard and the general over all feel of the hotel is very cosy and welcoming.

We stayed here for one night as part of our journey home. The hotel looks very basic from outside, but has lots of secure parking and is easily accessed from the motorway. It saves you driving into the city if you are just looking for a bed for the night. The reception staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The smart TVs mean you can connect to your own Netflix etc. should you wish to. We walked through the tree lined paths to the local supermarket and passed a variety of restaurants on the way. We ate dinner in the nearby Italian restaurant, which is within a two minute walking distance. The receptionist served us coffee at E1.50 which we took to our room in the evening. Breakfast was served in the little breakfast room and was as you'd expect; tasty with an adequate selection. The cost was very competitive and breakfast was included, as we booked directly with the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would use the chain again.

We stopped en route to Calais from south of France. Really super visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable and maybe not as modern as some hotels but fully equipped, including fluffy bathrobes. What we wanted to note is the food. It’s amazing! Excellent quality food with choices of menus at 23, 32 and 52 euros. We had one of each and every mouthful was great. Well worth it. Close to the motorway for getting to Calais (2 hours). We also had our dog with us and she was well catered for and very happy. Thoroughly recommend

Excellent
GGuest UserEverything went well except the alarm of the corridor set off at around 01.00 o'clock, we were frightened and stay awake until 3.00, the hotel is good but the mistake ruined everything since the only thing I asked is a good sleep.
Hope Radisson can put more efforts on maintenance to avoid this case from happening again in the future.
Great place for a stopover. Hotel is close to river with numerous restaurants. Disconcerting was having to ring a bell to gain access to hotel. However greeted by a rally nice an friendly receptionist. Car parking is 12 euros. There is a height restriction and would suspect difficult to get a larger SUV into underground carpark. Very steep and narrow. Make sure you remember passcode as need that to gain access to parking area and hotel. Big surprise was size of room which was able to divide into two by a curtain. Contained a microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine as well as a safe. Able to buy microwavable meals in reception. Bed comfortable and whole room felt clean and fresh. Nice size bathroom with both bath and shower as well as hair dryer. Separate toilet. Our view was over a modern courtyard. Not nicest of views. Would ask for a river view. For location and comfort would definitely stay again.
XXianyujingtingThe hotel has closed down, and the boss rented a house on the side to live in. . . The exterior scene in Ctrip is the previous one. You have to call them in advance to check in and wait for them to drive over and bring them in. . .
We liked this small clean and conveniently located hotel in Rouen. Located on a quiet stree close to the river and within a 5 minute walk of the cathedral and centre of town, it had a small locked ground floor car park (15 euros/24 hours) and the reception staff spoke excellent English. It was a good place to stay and easy to find. We were warmly welcomed and our room on the third floor was small but adequate. It had a small bathroom with a shower, a tiny hanging spce for clothes, a comfortable 5 foot double bed, a small desk for work and a big screen TV. The room was quiet, modern and clean - and serviced daily. However, although it had a hair drier, there was no tea nd coffee making facilities and a only a very slow wi-fi connection. Downstairs there was a plesant breakfast area (13 euros per person) where you could also sit and chat to friends. (We found it cheaper to buy some croissants and coffee at a cafe in Rouen centre). I would have given the hotel a higher rating if the internet and coffee facilities ahd been better. But I would come again. The location was excellent, the staff friendly and the hotel perfectly good.
I wound up booking here because I couldn't get two consecutive nights in other hotels I checked. I figured this was a chance for me to save some money and make up for overspending on other parts of my trip. The hotel was relatively close to the train station (10-minute walk) and to the Musee de Beaux Arts, the cathedrals, and other Old Town sights. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. HOWEVER, the hotel was a big disappointment. It was dark and kind of creepy because I never saw another guest. There is no one at the front desk most of the time, so you need to let yourself in and out. In the pictures, the place looks adorable, but I found it depressing. The antiques looked more like items you'd find at a garage sale, and the bathroom was in serious need of an upgrade. Aside from the sink and shower faucets, it looked like it hadn't been touched since the late 50s. The tile and fixtures were all pink and gray, and the toilet seat didn't match the toilet. Even with the lights on, the bathroom was dark. There is no air conditioning or fan; kept the window open because the room was so stuffy. The highlight of the second night was seeing two mice running across the floor and then disappearing under the heater. I complained about this when checking out, but I wasn't offered any compensation other than a free continental breakfast, which I didn't have time for and, with the mice in mind, wouldn't have eaten anyway. Would never stay here again and don't recommend it.
GGuest UserStayed only 1 night but was good experience. The reception was good, Room very clean and nice breakfast. Could be improved: bedding (pillows) and soundproof (you can hear your bedroom neighbors) Well located for visit and there is parking very close
JjujupolnaTel welcome on Saturday night very well - and on site welcome on Sunday the same gentleman always very nice and professional - the right size room - clean and pleasant - and view on the tours of the cathedral - good literature - a more : a cooker with coffee / tea and sugar - a good size bathroom and quite large shower - good 2 stars - and in the centre of ROUEN 2 steps from the Cathedral and 10 steps from the Seine - we have already come and come back when we come on ROUEN - and Interesting prices - PDEJ : very copious : chocolate-growing bread- tartines - meal toast bread - egg - chocolate cake and abride cake ( quite rare ) hot drink at will - fruit juice : orange or grape or apple - cereals - and fresh fruits: abrikos - orange tranches - in a small well-lighted room - with view of the small place of the Gaillardwood -
I spent 3 1/2 weeks staying in this hotel in France with my choir in January 2023. The slidey toilet doors were frustrating, there was an extremely large amount of mould (of which only a very small amount was dealt with), the key cards had an annoying habit of randomly cancelling, the shower took forever to warm up, and the receptionists could range from bored and curt, to really friendly. However, the breakfast was big and filling, the old, small lift was charming, and it was nicely located. Although I probably woudn't stay there again, the hotel was perfectly adequate for my time in France.
