We booked a 2 night stay at this hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay right in the historic heart of Rouen. We opted for a standard room, and requested a room overlooking the internal courtyard, as we had heard these were the best rooms. We were not disappointed and the hotel lived up to expectations. The room, although small, was comfy, quiet and well equipped with a sizeable king size bed, soft fluffy pillows (more brought promptly on request), a desk area with nespresso machine and a hospitality tray, a small wardrobe with safe, iron and ironing board. The adjoining bathroom had a large shower with double heads and an efficient heated towel rail, with plenty of towels, and robes etc, as well as nice toiletries to use including shampoo, body wash, conditioner and moisturiser. We had booked valet parking, but on arrival at the hotel we struggled to find the entrance, despite having been sent directions, so we called the hotel and the concierge guided us in. We were then helped with our luggage and our car was parked for us. despite this costing 27 euros for 24 hours, it was well worth it as I don't know where we would have parked otherwise, and it meant convenience, peace of mind and security for our vehicle. The hotel is a beautiful building, sympathetically created from a historic masterpiece, to accommodate the workings of a hotel, even including a wonderful pool and spa. We enjoyed our time using the facilities and made the most of the gym, pool, hammam and sauna over the weekend. Staff were helpful, polite, friendly and very accommodating to all our requests, even granting a late check out on departure, having asked the night before - it was arranged seamlessly for us. We especially liked - the wonderful buffet breakfast with excellent selection of fresh fruit, hot cooked items, cold meats, cheese and youghurts etc, and bread and pastries with local jams and honey. - the refillable chilled water bottle provided in the room which could be filled with cold, still and sparkling water - the wonderful pool, hamman and spa - the location which was right in the historic centre - the staff who were all helpful and polite and spoke excellent English. Small areas for improvement - the air conditioning in the room didn't seem particularly efficient, even when turned to high. - the one lift is terribly slow: mostly we gave up and used the stairs

We liked this small clean and conveniently located hotel in Rouen. Located on a quiet stree close to the river and within a 5 minute walk of the cathedral and centre of town, it had a small locked ground floor car park (15 euros/24 hours) and the reception staff spoke excellent English. It was a good place to stay and easy to find. We were warmly welcomed and our room on the third floor was small but adequate. It had a small bathroom with a shower, a tiny hanging spce for clothes, a comfortable 5 foot double bed, a small desk for work and a big screen TV. The room was quiet, modern and clean - and serviced daily. However, although it had a hair drier, there was no tea nd coffee making facilities and a only a very slow wi-fi connection. Downstairs there was a plesant breakfast area (13 euros per person) where you could also sit and chat to friends. (We found it cheaper to buy some croissants and coffee at a cafe in Rouen centre). I would have given the hotel a higher rating if the internet and coffee facilities ahd been better. But I would come again. The location was excellent, the staff friendly and the hotel perfectly good.

I wound up booking here because I couldn't get two consecutive nights in other hotels I checked. I figured this was a chance for me to save some money and make up for overspending on other parts of my trip. The hotel was relatively close to the train station (10-minute walk) and to the Musee de Beaux Arts, the cathedrals, and other Old Town sights. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. HOWEVER, the hotel was a big disappointment. It was dark and kind of creepy because I never saw another guest. There is no one at the front desk most of the time, so you need to let yourself in and out. In the pictures, the place looks adorable, but I found it depressing. The antiques looked more like items you'd find at a garage sale, and the bathroom was in serious need of an upgrade. Aside from the sink and shower faucets, it looked like it hadn't been touched since the late 50s. The tile and fixtures were all pink and gray, and the toilet seat didn't match the toilet. Even with the lights on, the bathroom was dark. There is no air conditioning or fan; kept the window open because the room was so stuffy. The highlight of the second night was seeing two mice running across the floor and then disappearing under the heater. I complained about this when checking out, but I wasn't offered any compensation other than a free continental breakfast, which I didn't have time for and, with the mice in mind, wouldn't have eaten anyway. Would never stay here again and don't recommend it.
Have used 2x now as a stopover from/to UK. Ticks all the boxes - good price, safe parking, really helpful staff, good breakfast (coffee could always be better!). Also like the view of the rugby pitch behind. Dog friendly also

The hotel has closed down, and the boss rented a house on the side to live in. . . The exterior scene in Ctrip is the previous one. You have to call them in advance to check in and wait for them to drive over and bring them in. . .
Stayed only 1 night but was good experience. The reception was good, Room very clean and nice breakfast. Could be improved: bedding (pillows) and soundproof (you can hear your bedroom neighbors) Well located for visit and there is parking very close
First of all: You get what you can expect. It is a classic hotel for people, that are looking for a basic stay to explore or work. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was OK, good basic choice (have to say, I was not impressed by the scrampled eggs). There is an underground car park to be paid at the reception. It is necessary to go for it, as in the surrounding is limited parking space. For me as a business traveller it was important to have a very comfortable bed. Which was the case (4 pillows for choice). My dog could stay with me and had a window to observe the neighbourhood, while I was not there. It is a bit far to walk to the city center of Rouen. But there is a bus connection. There is a supermarket approx. 100m away, very comfortable. The rest of the surrounding is not that nice (mainly take away stops, no real restaurant), and in all fairness, for a tourist travel, I would recomment a stay closer to the city center.

Very Good
ZzongshengwordThis hotel is marketed as a budget hotel and you may not chose it as it is out of town BUT this hotel is clean and looks just like the pictures, yes there is a bit of bare MDF in the rooms but everything was great. Aircon worked breakfast was plentiful bed very comfortable. We had room 278 and was very quiet as over looked the car park. Parking was on site and they have lifts to all the floors. They have fantastic areas for lounging all with USB ports for devices. Just two minutes up the road up a side street is a funky pop up burger bar that does an array of foods including the best steak I have ever had. The hotel has a save the planet ethos which can be seen with paper cups in the bathroom and decor. It was a real gem staying here and a bus stop only two minutes away takes you into town for 1.7euroes each way. I would never stay in the centre too busy and this hotel gives you the tranquillity you want on a holiday. There is a also a posh pastry shop nearby too
IinterneThis quaint hotel is about 1-km walk from the train station. Located in the old Rouen, it is perfect for visitors wishing to explore on foot the old streets with its timber-frame houses. No free parking nearby. A couple of grocery stores about 5-min walk away. The room itself was on the ground floor next to the kitchen and garden (beautiful flowers!). In the afternoon, during teatime, one could hear people talking and some noise from the kitchen but in the evening, it was very quiet. And cool. The room had no air conditioning but, being on the ground floor, was probably the coolest in the old building. It was also somewhat spacious and had a large bathroom with the usual toiletries. The 2 single beds were reasonably comfortable. Everything was clean. One small note: a ventilation fan was running constantly nearby and was a bit noisy. I asked if it could be shut down and the owner did close it for the night. Just a matter of asking. For its category, this hotel offers good accommodation for the price. Just keep in mind it's a very old building with its quirts but that's part of the charm.

Rouen Court of Appeal
小小思文It is difficult to see from the appearance that this is a court. It is similar to the surrounding churches and museums. The court is quite large. It is not allowed to visit it internally during the work period. The surrounding visits of the court are also in place. [Cost-effective] The price is very low
