We were a family of 4, staying 1 night at the hotel, the night of 17th June 2025.
We have arrived late and tired, were given the room 111 and around 23:00, my daughter was already asleep, we have detected initially just 1 little bug in the bed, and later on 3 more, two small and 2 bigger ones, I have shown the photos to the person at the reception.
I thought immediately to complain but honestly I thought the other rooms could have as well, so I have inspectioned the entire bed and below the sheets, sprayed antiseptic solution all over, and reported the next day. I have asked to be reimbursed due to the bad experience and not being able to sleep well that night, but the hotel never responded.
There was also very noisy guests and creaking bunk bed, that did not help either .
