We selected this hotel for its location close to the cruise port ( directly across the street). It’s an older hotel but great location and restaurant was great. Wish they had at least an iron or steamer along with a hair dryer. Overall we would recommend. Elevator is small and stairs access the floors. A little tricky getting your luggage up the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you travel light it’s ok.

Room was clean and tidy just a bit small

The location was realy good. Near the city center and central station. The hotel was easy to find and the check in process was realy easy and smooth. The only downside was the mattress which was not realy the best or confortable for a longer stay like more than 2 nights.

Location is good, in a newly developed area filled with modern buildings, less than 10 minutes walk from Rotterdam central station if you know the right direction. The hotel interior is old, but they try to keep up by offering necessary supplies such as paper cups, tea bags, kettle, and disposable slippers (the last one is no more common practice in Europe). With the reasonable price, it is an ok choice for a short stay.

Great location, easy to get around in Rotterdam. If you are a bit sensitive to noise , better ask for a room far away from the elevator. Highlight is definitely the breakfast buffet team - thanks a lot for the great service and smiles despite a high stress level in the morning.

The hotel service is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere. The hygiene and environment are OK. I booked a non-cancellable room, and I booked a single room with a big bed, but I was given a triple room. I was too lazy to change it because I was staying alone. You can see how small the bed is.

The service is good, the people at the front desk are very friendly. The hotel is remodeled from an old house, the design is good, but the internal structure of the room is rather cramped. The location is OK, the transportation is convenient, but it is not very close to the central station.

Great to have an apartment experience at lower than hotel prices. It doesn't get cleaned every day, but not a problem if you are used to tidying up after yourself. Location is in the heart of the city - shopping, conference centre, restos and bars are all within walking distance. I would def choose again.

Great location, great price for single room taking in consideration it was high season, because of the marathon. Not the best smell around the hotel, is very evident is an old one but yet room was fine and cozy. Morning girl staff, very nice and attentive, the man at night not very friendly. Overall a great stay, and definitely recommended. I would book it again.

Not the facade head office at the intersection, but a small door that walks in the street. The street is quiet and accompanied by the leaves on the roadside. If you haven't got the door card yet, it is luggage storage. Although the reception said that someone was on duty before 11 o'clock, it is unfortunate that the person on duty is sick and asks for leave, but no one will help you open the door. If luck can connect to the front desk of the main store at the intersection, then please move to the intersection to check in. Bar. Full self-service No disposable toiletries, including hair dryers, please borrow and communicate with the front desk to see when you have time to send it, so you must bring your own The bed is large and clean. The bathroom door is a hanging door style. The correctness is also open on both sides. So if you mind the privacy of the bathroom, please consider carefully. Check out, you can throw the card in the reception desk downstairs. There is a foreign brother doing this. Of course, if you are worried about the refund of the deposit, you should go to the intersection head office to check out.
